Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program only applicable for new customers who open account at Nyala Booth located at Hall 6 and 8 ICE BSD Tangerang during Indonesia International Pet Expo 6-8 September 2024.
2. Customers musti input promo code NYALAXPET.
3. If customers miss to input promo code, then Customers will not eligible for their custom debit card and the rewards.
4. Free Ticket IIPE 2024 will be given at Nyala Booth on the event day if Customers account opening and product placement have been success.
5. Free Ticket IIPE 2024 will be given as long as the quota is available (quota = 1000 Ticket).
6. Free Shopping Voucher at IIPE 2024 only available for the first 200 Customers who have successfully opened Nyala Account and follow terms & condition for the program scheme above.
7. Funds held in the amount of the prize during the TD/TAKA tenor period will be automatically debited by the Bank as a penalty, if:
   • There is a disbursement of funds in the Online Deposit account before maturity, or Closing of other savings accounts such as Term Savings (TAKA) before the end of the period.
   • There is a monthly deposit arrears for a Term Savings Account (TAKA) for a minimum of 2 (two) consecutive months.
8. The following is the penalty scheme that will be imposed on the customer, if a minimum of 1 of the criteria mentioned in point 7 occurs:

9. Cashback reward will be credited to customers latest at 30/31 next month.
10. Tanda 360 plus savings funds will be held for the tenor of the deposit product or Term Savings (Taka) selected by the Customer, where the selected amount refers to the table above.
11. Only valid for the placement of 360 Plus savings funds made during IIPE 2024 (6-8 September 2024).
12. The name of source of initial fund /deposit must be the same with the name of customers as recorded in the OCBC Bank system. Fund transfer via third party / e-wallet (e.g. Flip, OVO, GOPAY) will resulted in unveried source of fund and lead to Customers being not eligible for the reward.
13. OCBC has the right not to reward the customers based on assessment to identify fraud.

How to get Customized Global Debit Card

• Visit Nyala Booth at Indonesia International Pet Expo 2024 at 6-8 September 2024 at Hall 6&8 ICE BSD, Tangerang.
• Ensure the account opening and product placement are completed via OCBC Mobile at Nyala Booth.
• Ensure to use promo code NYALAXPET at OCBC Mobile.
• Once account opening and product placement have been completed, please ensure to submit name, email, account number, pet’s name, and pet’s photo on the link provided by the sales.
• Congratulation! Custom Global Debit with your pet’s photo will be printed and picked up at Nyala Booth.

For those of you who are already OCBC customers, you can still get a Custom Nyala Global Debit Card for your Pet at the IIPE 2024 event 06-08 September 2024

1. Open an additional saving account (Tanda 360 plus s account) on OCBC mobile & place Tanda Hadiah Cashback with a minimum of IDR 5 million for a minimum of 3 months

1. Program only valid at IIPE 2024, 06-08 September 2024 at ICE BSD
2. If the customer opens a new account before the IIPE event on September 6-8, 2024, the customer cannot get a Custom Global Debit Card for Anabul
3. After the additional account opening & product is successful, the customer will be directed and required to upload the name & photo of the customer on the webform web.ocbc.id/ocbcxiipe
4. The card will be processed and can be received by customers no later than 1 hour after the additional account opening process is successful.
