Syarat dan Ketentuan:

1. Valid for new customers or existing customers.
2. Customers must be registered to Nyala or Nyala Payroll or Premier Banking.
3. 1 Customer can placement more than once for Tanda Hadiah product with a Suitcase prize.
4. The opening of the Tanda Hadiah product must be a fresh fund and must be assisted by OCBC officers.
5. Funds placed in Suitcase Tanda Hadiah program will be blocked during the hold period according to the selected scheme.
6. If the Customer breaks the Tanda Hadiah before the maturnity date, a penalty fee will be charged.
7. This program can only be combined with the New Customer  program of Nyala Banyak Cuan (NEA25) and cannot be combined with the New Customer program outside of Nyala Banyak Cuan.
8. The Customer acknowledges and agrees to check the prize upon receipt. If the Customer has received the prize and finds problems in the future, OCBC is not responsible for replacing it with a new suitcase or other prizes of equivalent value.
9. Program period 1 - 30 November 2025 or while supplies last.
10. OCBC has the right not processing/cancelling the provision of reward to Cusomer who based on OCBC’s assessment are indicated to have commited fraud on account openig and/or included in OCBC’s fraud list.
11. The bank has the right and authority to modify, add, and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions with notification through media deemed appropriate by the bank, considering the legal regulations and legislation in force.
12. OCBC’s decision is final and inviolable.

The Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
