Terms & Condition:

Only applicable to new OCBC customers.
Only valid for account openings through the OCBC Website Onboarding or OCBC Mobile App (Indonesia).
Must enter the promo code OCBCBFF during account opening.
Customers must place funds within a maximum of 7 days after the account is successfully opened.

To participate in the Nyala GlobalDebit program:

There must be funds maintained in the account for a minimum of 30 calendar days, starting from the date of fund placement in the Nyala Account (excluding funds in other OCBC products).

Only one (1) device/mobile phone per customer is allowed to participate in the Nyala x Best Friends Furever program.
Funds placed in this program must be fresh funds, with the following conditions:
Transfers from other OCBC accounts are not allowed.
Transfers from other banks must be under the same name as the OCBC account holder.
For initial deposits, the depositor’s name must match the account holder's name.
Transfers from e-wallets (such as Flip, OVO, GoPay, etc.) are not permitted.
Once all terms and conditions are fulfilled, the BANK will send Rewards to eligible customers by the end of the following month, counted from the date of account opening.
BANK and its PARTNER reserve the right to determine which customers are eligible to receive Rewards based on the applicable terms and conditions.
The e-voucher code will be sent to the customer's registered email address in the Nyala account no later than the end of the following month after all program conditions are met.
The e-voucher is valid for 2 (two) months from the date it is received and cannot be extended.
The BANK reserves the right to withhold the reward if, based on the BANK's assessment, the Customer is found to be involved in fraud and/or non-compliance with the terms and conditions regarding account opening and/or is listed in the BANK's fraud list.
The BANK may amend the Program Terms & Conditions by providing notice at least 30 (thirty) business days prior to the effective date of the changes, through appropriate Bank communication channels.
By participating in this program, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions related to the Promotional Program for Account Opening through OCBC's Website Onboarding and OCBC Mobile Application (id) with a PARTNER e-voucher reward.
