Description:
- The Top Up Nyala Program is a saving and investment program that can be followed by existing Nyala Customers.
- New Products are OCBC Products that have not been owned by the Customer since December 31, 2025.
- AUM is the Customer's Total Combined Balance which includes Savings, TAKA, TANDA, Gold Savings, Deposits, Mutual Funds, Bonds and Bancassurance products.
Terms and Condition Top Up Nyala Program
- The Top Up Nyala Program 2026 ("Program") is valid from 1-31 January 2026 ("Program Period").
- At the time of Program Application, the Customer must have joined one of the following services:
- Nyala
- Nyala Staff
- Nyala Payroll
- This program is not valid for:
- Premier/Private Banking Customer
- Premier/Private Banking customers who switch services to Nyala since January 2025
- Customers who do not have a planduring the Periode Program
- The program is valid only for Customers who join Nyala services at least 3 (three) months before the Program Period
Example: Customers who join Nyala in October 2025, can join the program in January 2026. - Terms of program registration
- There must be at least 1 (one) transfer transaction to the OCBC account owned by the Customer (either from other banks or fellow OCBC bank) with the last 3 unique numbers in the transfer nominal as follows:
- 111 – Join the Program with Cash Rewards
- 222 – Join the Program with Poinseru
Example: Customer/other party makes a transfer to the Customer's OCBC account with a nominal amount of Rp. 10.111, then Customer is entitled to participate in the Program with the choice of Cash Reward Prize.
- The Customer is entitled to participate in the Program within the same month of transfer transaction to the OCBC account with the last 3 unique numbers in the transfer nominal.
- If there are 2 transfers with 2 different unique numbers as mentioned in point (a), then the Customer will be registered to the Cash Reward option.
For example: there is a transfer to the Customer's OCBC account with a nominal amount of Rp. 10.111 and Rp. 10.222, then Customer is only entitled to participate in the Program with Cash Reward. - If Customers only has Syariah product placement, Customers only eligible for Poinseru reward option.
Syariah Product: Deposito Syariah, Tanda iB Multi Currency, Program Hold Tanda iB Multicurrency, TAKA iB, TAKA iB Flexi, TAKA iB Plus and other syariah investment product.
- There must be at least 1 (one) transfer transaction to the OCBC account owned by the Customer (either from other banks or fellow OCBC bank) with the last 3 unique numbers in the transfer nominal as follows:
- The 2 million Placement Tiering Scheme can only be chosen by Nyala Basic, Nyala Staff Basic and Nyala Payroll Starter Customers.
- The Product Placements that the Customer can choose to participate in the Program are as follows:
- Tanda Hadiah*
- TAKA Hadiah & TAKA Flexi*
- Deposit*
- Gold Savings
- Mutual Fund except for the Money Market Mutual Fund
- Primary Market and Secondary Market Bonds
- Bancassurance
- RDN/Customer Fund Account (only for New Product opening)
- Young Nyala (only for New Product opening)
- Credit Card (only for New Product opening)

- Terms of Product Placement
- Customers can place their preferred Products according to the applicable Program Scheme, either through OCBC Mobile or OCBC branches.
- For the placement of Deposit Products and Tanda Hadiah, the minimum tenor that must be chosen is 6 (six) months.
- For TAKA Hadiah and Taka Flexi Products, the minimum tenor is 1 (one) year. The placement amount that is taken into account for the determination of the prize tiering for TAKA Hadiah is based on the target fund. Meanwhile, for TAKA Flexi, the prize tiering is calculated from the number of nominal placements for TAKA Flexi monthly installments and top-ups made in the month of opening the TAKA Flexi account.
Example: The customer opens a TAKA flexi product with monthly installment of 1 million and tops up 4 million to TAKA flexi in the first month, then the customer is eligible for a tiering prize of 5 million. - In RDN/Customer Fund Account New Products and Young Nyala New Products, Prize tiering is only calculated in the month of opening a new product based on the month-end balance during the program period at the Customer's Account.
- Placement in the Gold Savings product will be calculated based on the balance position as of January 31, 2026.
- The placement of the product can be done in stages. The calculation of the Prize will be based on the accumulation of placement during the program period.
- Terms of Application of New Credit Card Product
- Customers who are entitled to participate in this scheme are Customers who have never had a Credit Card before, apply, and activate it within 3 months since the date of application.
Example: The customer registers to the program in January 2026, then the deadline to apply and activate a credit card is March 31, 2026 - Rewards for Credit Card New Product Submissions will only be awarded in the form of Poinseru.
- Customers who are entitled to participate in this scheme are Customers who have never had a Credit Card before, apply, and activate it within 3 months since the date of application.
- Terms of AUM Increase
- The AUM increase that is considered is the increase in AUM at the end of the program period compared to the end of the previous month.
- If the Customer meets point (a), the Reward tiering calculation will be calculated based on the lowest value between the AUM Increase and the amount of Product Placement.
- Customers who open at least 1 (one) new product, do not need to maintain the increase in AUM.

- This program cannot be combined with the Nyala Acquisition Program or the Reactivation Program with promo code NEA25.
- The account must be active and not blocked for any reason when the reward is credited by OCBC.
- OCBC has the right not to process/cancel the provision of rewards to the Customer if, based on OCBC's assessment, it is indicated that there is fraud in the opening of the product and/or is included in the OCBC fraud list.
