I. Program terms and conditions:

1. Program Period: 1 May – 31 October 2026
2. Applicable for Tanda Junior account holders aged 10 - <17 years old
3. Customers are required to make transactions using OCBC Kids mobile and Kids Debit Card follow the scheme program below:

4. Customers must do the transaction within 1 (one) month (accumulated) with detail as follows (see simulation on point 6 & 7):
   • Accumulated minimum transaction of IDR 100.000 using OCBC Kids mobile (excludingTop Up E-Money such as Gopay, OVO, etc, transfer to other OCBC accounts or other banks, and Cashless ATM Withdrawal)
     AND
   • Accumulated minimum transaction of IDR 100.000 using kids Debit Card (excluding Cash Withdrawal via ATM, Top Up E-Money, or transfer at ATMs)

II. General Provisions

1. Customers can only receive 1 (one) e-voucher reward per account during the program period.
2. If 1 CIF has more than 1 Child account, the Customer must perform transactions for each account.
3. The reward will be sent to the Customer within 1 month (M+1) after the Customer fulfils all the requirements via the Parent's WhatsApp & Email registered in the Bank's system.
4. If the Customer has not received the prize in the form of a KFC E-Voucher via the Customer's contact registered in the Bank's system, the Customer or Customer’s Parents can contact OCBC Bank no later than 2 months after the last transaction made by the Customer according to the program provisions through TANYA OCBC at 1500-999 / +62-21-26506300 (from overseas).

III. Terms and Conditions for KFC E-Voucher Redemption by Customers

1. KFC E-Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date issued by KFC (the e-voucher expiry date is available in the Whatsapp/Email blast sent by Bank OCBC).
2. The E-Voucher can be redeemed directly at all KFC Branches in Indonesia (offline) or through online application “KFCKu” or the KFCKu website, except for the following affiliated KFCs:

3. KFC E-Voucher can be redeemed for all types of food and drink menus without a minimum transaction.
4. The E-Voucher is valid for discounts on food and beverage purchases at KFC.
5. If there is a price difference or if the food price is higher than the amount on the e-voucher, the price difference must be paid by the Customer to KFC.
6. If the purchase amount is lower than the nominal value on the e-voucher, the price difference cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. E-Vouchers that have expired cannot be exchanged or have their validity extended.
8. KFC E-Vouchers cannot be sold.
9. E-Vouchers can be combined with other applicable promotions.
10. E-Vouchers that have been sent to the Customer are the responsibility of the Customer and should not be distributed to other parties.
11. If the E-Voucher cannot be redeemed/exchanged at a KFC outlet, the Customer can raise an objection through TANYA OCBC at 1500-999 / +62-21-26506300 (from abroad) and the Bank will coordinate with KFC for further investigation.
