Terms & Conditions

1. Valid for min. transaction equivalent to IDR 2mio.
2. 1% cashback up to IDR 50k per transaction.
3. Program period of 18 Juni – 18 September 2026.
4. Valid for payment with OCBC Global Debit, including Nyala Global Debit, Premier Global Debit Platinum. Not valid with Young Nyala Debit or Virtual Debit Card (Only valid with BIN 537940800, 537940801, 537940802, 537940887, 531928).
5. Valid for overseas transaction in Saudi Arabia, South Korea, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
6. For transactions charged to a foreign currency account, the exchange rate applied will follow OCBC Bank’s prevailing rate.
7. Each customer is entitled to receive up to 2x cashback per country per month during the promo period.
8. Eligible cashback will be credited to your account within 1x24 hours after a successful transaction.

Cash Rebate IDR 18,000

Enjoy a cash rebate on every first foreign exchange purchase transaction through OCBC Mobile

1. Program Period: July 1 – September 30, 2026.
2. New to Product (NTP) refers to customers who have never done foreign exchange transactions on OCBC Mobile from January 1, 2024 – June 30, 2026.
3. Rewards are calculated per transaction and not based on the total transaction amount per month.
4. This program is valid for individual customers making transactions through OCBC Mobile.
5. The program is also open to OCBC employees.
6. Customer reward program in the form of Cash Rebate.
7. The first foreign exchange purchase transaction through OCBC Mobile made during the program period.
8. Rewards only apply to foreign exchange purchase transactions, whether in IDR or other currencies.
9. Minimum purchase equivalent to IDR 1,000,000 per transaction (not cumulative).
10. If there are other programs running simultaneously, reward crediting may be delayed to ensure that customers do not receive duplicate or repeated rewards.
11. Customer rewards will be credited within a maximum of 1 month after the transaction month.
12. Customer rewards will be credited in IDR to the customer's active (non-dormant) IDR account.
13. All programs can be participated in by Premier Banking customers with a zero balance.
14. Decisions by Global Markets are final and not contestable.
15. Global Markets reserves the right to adjust the program during the program period if necessary.

2. Applicable to all customers, both NTP (New-To-Product) and existing foreign currency customers who have never made a New Currency foreign exchange transaction on OCBC mobile before the program period.
