Terms and Condition:

1. Open a business entity get a reward of IDR 500K
• This offer is only valid for new Customer who are business entities (PT Perorangan)
• Exclusively for opening a Giro Business Smart account through OCBC branches
• Make sure the promo code “MERDEKA81” is linked to your Giro Business Smart account during the account opening process
• Place funds in the current account of at least IDR75,000,000.00 (Seventy-Five Million Rupiah) in a Business Smart current account denominated in IDR.
• The Customer must make 3 outgoing/purchase/payment transactions through OCBC Business during the average balance calculation period.
• The average balance calculation period is determined based on the Customer’s average balance in the IDR current account one month after the account is opened (example: if the Customer opens a current account on 5 August 2026, the Customer must maintain an average balance in their IDR current account of at least IDR75,000,000.00 throughout September 2026)
• The reward will be credited to the IDR-denominated current account no later than the end of the month following the end of the Customer’s average balance calculation period.
• The Business Smart Current Account must be in active status at the time the reward is credited.
• This program cannot be combined with other acquisition programs (including referral/MGM programs).

3. Get a reward of IDR 100K per month by conducting forex transactions on OCBC Business
• Make 6 outgoing/purchase/payment transactions/month through OCBC Business
• The forex transactions counted are buy/sell forex transactions with a minimum transaction of IDR 100 Million (equivalent applies) via OCBC Business within 1 month (no multiplier applies)
• Transaction observation will be conducted during the first 3 months from the date the Customer join business entity OCBC.
4. Get a reward of up to IDR 150K every month from incoming funds from other banks
• Minimum combined balance of IDR 25 Million in the previous month
• Make 6 outgoing/purchase/payment transactions/month in the previous month through OCBC Business
• The incoming funds from other banks that are counted must be a minimum nominal amount of IDR 100 Million
• The type of incoming transaction that is counted is funds received into the current account via RTGS or TT from other banks.

5. Get a reward of up to IDR 50K every month from a combination of payment and purchase transactions [PLN & Tax]
   • Minimum combined balance of IDR 25 Million
   • Carry out a combination of electricity token (PLN) payment/purchase transactions and Tax payment transactions, with the minimum total tax payment nominal counted within 1 month being IDR 10 Million

6. Observation will be conducted every month throughout the program period

8. The program is not applicable to Customer enrolled in Giro Business Prime program
