Program Terms and Conditions

1. Customers who purchase Disney Run Jakarta 2026 tickets through ocbc.id/disneyrunjkt26 using an OCBC Global Debit Card or OCBC Credit Card will receive a discount of IDR 100K
2. The OCBC Global Debit Card or OCBC Credit Card used for the transaction must be active and must not be blocked, suspended, or frozen by OCBC at the time of the transaction.

Discount Mechanism

1. Customers are entitled to a IDR 100K discount on the Pre-Sale ticket price, applicable to all race categories.
2. The discount is calculated based on the ticket’s base price (face value). The discount calculation excludes Entertainment Tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), administration fees, platform fees, and any other applicable service fees.
3. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, unique codes, or discounts unless otherwise stated by OCBC.
4. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ticket purchase transaction is made using their own OCBC Debit Card or Credit Card, in accordance with the registered cardholder’s name.

Customer Limitations and Obligations

1. Each payment transaction is limited to a maximum purchase of 2 (two) tickets within the same category.
2. If a Customer wishes to purchase more than 2 (two) tickets, the Customer may make a new transaction, subject to Pre-Sale ticket availability.
3. Customers are required to provide complete and accurate registration information before completing the transaction.
4. Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Any incorrect information that results in issues during race pack collection or the event due to incorrect data entry shall not be the responsibility of OCBC.

Pre-Sale ticket prices for purchases using an OCBC Global Debit Card or OCBC Credit Card are as follows:

Inquiries and Complaints

Any inquiries or complaints related to banking matters and/or the Discount Program may be submitted through TANYA OCBC at 1500-999.

Any inquiries or complaints related to tickets, event access, schedules, changes, cancellations, or event organization shall be the responsibility of the promoter/event organizer.

Program Misuse

OCBC reserves the right to cancel a Customer’s participation in the Program and/or cancel the Discount or block the card facility if there is any indication of data manipulation, fraud, misuse of the Program, or any other action that violates applicable laws.

Applicable Regulations

These Program Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK).

Customer Data Security

OCBC, including its employees or any parties acting on behalf of OCBC, will never ask Customers to disclose personal data, confidential information, OTP codes, PINs, passwords, or any other sensitive information through any means, including links.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

OCBC reserves the right and authority to amend, add to, and/or reduce these Program Terms and Conditions by providing notification through communication channels deemed appropriate by OCBC, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Credit Limit and Credit Card Type

OCBC reserves the right to determine the credit limit and type of Credit Card to be provided to Cardholders.
