Disney Run Jakarta General Sale Terms & Conditions

1. A maximum of 2 tickets may be purchased within the same race category.
2. Each participant’s identity may only be registered once across all race categories.
3. Payment can be made using any available payment method, including Debit Card, Credit Card, or QRIS.
4. If the transaction is successful, the e-ticket will be sent to the registered email address within 1x24 hours.
5. If your transaction is successful but you receive an email asking you to continue the payment process, please disregard the email to avoid duplicate payment.
6. Please double-check all participant details before proceeding with payment.
7. Make sure all participant details (Name, BIB, and jersey size) are correct and complete, as registered information cannot be changed.
8. If you are using an OCBC Debit Card with the GPN logo, please make sure you have completed the following steps:
   • Log in to OCBC mobile and select More.
   • Tap Card and select Online Debit Card.
   • Select Create Online Debit Card and choose the source of funds.
   • Confirm by entering your transaction PIN.
9. If you are using an OCBC Debit Card, please make sure you have activated the E-Commerce Transaction feature and set the transaction limit in OCBC mobile:
   • Open OCBC mobile, go to More, and select Debit Card.
   • Select the Debit Card you would like to use.
   • Select Set E-Commerce Transactions and set your transaction limit.
