Syarat & Ketentuan Nyala Festival Untuk Pemegang Kartu Kredit OCBC

1. Program Period
   The OCBC Credit Cardholder Reward Program (the “Program”) is valid from 18 September to 20 September 2026, until the Nyala Festival period ends.
2. Customer Eligibility Criteria

   1. The Program is applicable to New Customers and OCBC Customers (OCBC Customers who do not yet hold an OCBC Credit Card), subject to the following terms:

Customers who previously held any type of OCBC Credit Card that has been closed for more than 6 (six) months prior to the credit card application under this Program and who meet OCBC's terms and conditions shall be treated as New Customers. Accordingly, Customers in this category may apply for an OCBC Nyala Platinum Credit Card Mickey Mouse Edition, Star Wars Platinum, or 90°N.
   3. Customers must provide complete, accurate, up-to-date, and valid information in accordance with the requirements stipulated by OCBC.
3. Disney Run Jakarta 2026 Ticket Purchase Program for Customers Whose OCBC Credit Card Applications Are Approved
   1. Customers must apply for an OCBC Nyala Platinum Credit Card Mickey Mouse Edition, Star Wars Platinum, or 90°N using promo code DISNEYRUNPIM26, and the application must be approved. Customers must then activate the card and will be entitled to receive access to purchase a Disney Run Jakarta 2026 ticket and a discount on the ticket price.
   2. Customers whose credit card applications are approved will receive a voucher code from OCBC to purchase 1 (one) Disney Run Jakarta 2026 ticket via Email Blast and WhatsApp Blast.
   3. Voucher codes will be sent to Customers from 24 September 2026 to 29 September 2026.
   4. Voucher codes must be redeemed for the purchase of Disney Run Jakarta 2026 tickets no later than 30 September 2026., If a Customer does not redeem the voucher code by the specified deadline, the voucher code will be deemed expired and forfeited.

   5. The purchase of Disney Run Jakarta 2026 tickets with a discount of up to 50% is limited to a maximum of 1 (one) ticket per voucher code.

      • OCBC Nyala Platinum Credit Card Mickey Mouse Edition: Discount 50% off the Pre-Sale ticket price, with a maximum discount of Rp249,500 for 1 ticket.
      • OCBC Star Wars Platinum or 90°N Credit Card: Discount 30% off the Pre-Sale ticket price, with a maximum discount of IDR149,700 for 1 ticket.

      *Running categories eligible for the discount of up to 50% are subject to quota availability at the time of purchase. Therefore, participants may not be able to select their preferred running category.

   6. The discount is calculated based on the base ticket price or face value. The discount calculation excludes Entertainment Tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), administration fees, platform fees, and any other service fees.
   7. The discount is only granted to the first 400 Customers whose applications for an OCBC Nyala Platinum Credit Card Mickey Mouse Edition, Star Wars Platinum, or 90°N have been approved. Customers whose applications are approved after the quota has been fully utilized will not be entitled to ticket purchase access or a ticket purchase discount, even if they have fulfilled all other applicable terms and conditions.
   8. If a Customer participates in the Program using promo code DISNEYRUNPIM26 (with the required fund placement), but the Customer's credit card application is rejected, the Customer will only be entitled to access to purchase a Disney Run Jakarta 2026 ticket at the Pre-Sale price, subject to availability of the relevant running category.
4. Program for Direct Rewards of an Electric Fan, Custom Key Chain, Wet Brush, or Suitcase
   1. Berlaku bagi Nasabah baru dan nasabah eksisting PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (“OCBC”).

Customers who place a minimum fund of IDR25,000,000 and apply for an OCBC Credit Card using promo code NYALAFEST26 will receive a Zootopia tumbler, limited to the first 150 Customers based on application order. This Program cannot be combined with the discount of up to 50% on Disney Run Jakarta 2026 tickets.
5. Syarat dan ketentuan Akses pembelian tiket Disney Run Jakarta 2026 dari harga Pre-Sale
   1. Customers who meet the promotional Program requirements (New Customers who have applied for an OCBC Credit Card) will receive a voucher code from OCBC via the email address or WhatsApp number registered in the Bank's system.
   2. The voucher code may be used to purchase 1 (one) Disney Run Jakarta 2026 ticket using an OCBC Debit Card or OCBC Debit Card online payment method.
   3. Applicable to:
      • New Customers who open Nyala account, place a minimum of IDR 5Mio in an eligible product under the product placement scheme in point 4, and apply for a credit card (whether the credit card application is approved or rejected) using promo code NYALAFEST26. A total of 100 voucher codes are available for the first 100 New Customers who openccount at Nyala Festival 2026.
      • New Customers who open Nyala account, place a minimum of IDR 5Mio in an eligible product under the product placement scheme in point 4, and apply for a credit card using promo code DISNEYRUNPIM26, where the credit card application is rejected. A total of 100 voucher codes are available for the first 100 Customers whose credit card applications are rejected, based on the order in which applications are received in OCBC's system.
6. Lilo & Stitch Pouch Reward Program
   1. Customers who do not yet hold an OCBC Credit Card and apply for an OCBC Credit Card using promo code NYALAFEST26.
   2. Customers have the opportunity to receive a Lilo & Stitch Pouch, limited to the first 150 (one hundred and fifty) Customers based on application order.
   3. Each quota may be fully utilized before the Program Period ends.
   4. Customers may only select one type of reward, either a Disney Run Jakarta 2026 Ticket or Disney merchandise. The reward must be selected at the beginning of participation and will correspond to the applicable promo code.
   5. Eligibility for this Program does not require the credit card application to be approved.
7. General Terms for OCBC Credit Card Applications
   • The minimum age for a primary cardholder is 21 years old.
   • The minimum age for a supplementary cardholder is 17 years old.
   • The minimum income requirement is Rp3 Mio per month or IDR 36Mio per year for the OCBC Nyala Platinum Credit Card Mickey Mouse Edition or Star Wars Platinum.
   • The minimum income requirement is Rp10 Mio per month or IDR 120Mio per year for the OCBC 90°N Credit Card.
   • Customers must fulfill all documentation, verification, and other credit card application requirements stipulated by OCBC.
   • Customers understand and agree that the approval or rejection of any Credit Card application is entirely at OCBC's discretion based on its risk assessment. OCBC is under no obligation to disclose the reason for any rejection to any party, in accordance with applicable bank confidentiality principles.
   • Questions or complaints relating to banking matters and the provision of discounts may be submitted through TANYA OCBC at 1500-999. Questions or complaints relating to ticket purchases, the physical condition of tickets, admission, schedules, changes, cancellations, or the continuation of the event are the responsibility of the event promoter or organizer.
   • OCBC reserves the right to cancel a Customer's participation in the Program and/or cancel any discount granted, or block card facilities, if there is any indication of data manipulation, fraud, misuse of the Program, or any other act that violates applicable substantive law.
   • These Program Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority.
   • OCBC, including its employees or any party claiming to represent OCBC, will never ask Customers to disclose personal data, confidential information, OTP codes, PINs, passwords, or other sensitive information through any means, including links. If a Customer encounters any suspicious activity, the Customer should immediately contact TANYA OCBC at 1500-999.
   • OCBC reserves the right and authority to amend, add to, and/or reduce these Program Terms and Conditions by providing notification through media deemed appropriate by OCBC, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
