Terms and Condition
  1. This Nyala x Shopee or ShopeeFood program is only valid for new Nyala OCBC customers.
  2. The program period runs from Febuary 21th 2025 - December 31st 2025
  3. Customers must successfully register for Nyala and complete verification (KYC) through the OCBC onboarding website or OCBC Mobile App (ID)
  4. At the time of account opening, customers must input the promo code OCBC Shopee or ShopeeFood
  5. Program Detaild for Nyala Global Debit Rewards:
    • Funds must be deposited in the same month as the account opening.
    • A minimum balance must remain in the account for at least 30 calendar day after deposit placement.
    • Deposit amount and reward details:

    • Customers must make at least three transactions of purchasing and payments, including QRIS via the OCBC Mobile app during the program period.
  6. Additional Rewards for customers who place funds in savings account or time deposit products, with the following detail;
    • Placement in Savings Account (TAKA) or Time Deposit (TD) must occur in the same month as the account opening.

    • Applicable tenors for Savings (TAKA): 6 or 12 months.
    • Applicable tenors for Time Deposits (TD): 3,6, or 12 months.
  7. Funds must come from fresh funds and meet these criteria:
    • Not transferred from other OCBC accounts.
    • The initial deposit must be made by the account holder.
    • Transfers from e-wallets (e.g., Flip, OVO, Gopay) are not allowed.
  8. Only one device/phone is allowed per customer for this program.
  9. The maximum reward that customers may receive is an e-voucher worth IDR 850,000 with a combination of Nyala Global Debit placement of IDR 25 million and TAKA/TD product placement of IDR 50 million
  10. E-vouchers will be sent to the customer's registered email by the end of the following month after fulfilling the terms.
  11. E-vouchers are valid for one-time use on the partner’s site/app.
  12. E-voucher are non-redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and non-extendable.
  13. E-vouchers are valid for 2 months from receipt.
  14. Customers are fully responsible for any risks associated with using the e-voucher sent by the Bank.
  15. The program rewards are based on transaction data owned by the Bank, and the Bank’s decisions are final and binding.
  16. The Bank reserves the right to withhold the reward if it identifies any fraud or non-c
    17. ompliance with the terms and conditions of account opening and/or if the customer is listed in the Bank’s fraud database.
  17. The Bank may amend the program’s terms and conditions by providing notification in the form and through the Bank’s communication media at least 30 (thirty) business days prior to the effective date of the changes.
  18. By participating in this program, customers declare that they understand, acknowledge, and agree to all applicable terms and conditions related to the promotional program for account opening via the OCBC Website Onboarding and OCBC Application (ID) with e-voucher rewards from the Partner.

Ketentuan Evoucher Shopee & ShopeeFood
  1. E-voucher Shopee/ShopeeFood Only valid 1x (One time) on the shopee website/application
  2. E-voucher Shopee/ShopeeFood are non-refundable.
  3. Shopee e-vouchers with promo code OCBCSHOPEEFOOD are only valid for purchases through the shopeefood menu.
  4. Shopee e-vouchers with promo code OCBCSHOPEE are valid for purchasing all products on the Shopee website/application, except:
    • Vouchers (Top Credit, Data, Gaming, Travel & Touch), Shopping, Event Tickets, Shopee Pay Merchants).
    • Top up (Top up, Data Package, e-money, Roaming).
    • Bills (Electricity PLN, BPJS, Telkom, PDAM, Postpaid, Installment Credit).
    • Tickets (Train, Plane, Bus).
    • Entertainment (Game Vouchers, Deals Around You, Event & Entertainment Tickets).
    • Donations & Finance (Donations, Zakat, Capital Loans).

Flow-Opening Nyala OCBC account
  1. Via the Onboarding OCBC Website:
    1. Only valid for new customers.
    2. Register for One OCBC through the onboarding OCBC website
    3. Select 'Submit Product'.
    4. Select 'Create a Savings Account'.
    5. Select the 'On' service.
    6. Enter Promo Code: OCBCSHOPEE or OCBCSHOPEEFOOD.
    7. Follow the steps to create a new account in the OCBC mobile.
    8. Follow the program Terms and Conditions to get PARTNER E-vouchers.
  2. Via the OCBC mobile:
    1. Download the OCBC mobile by OCBC application.
    2. Select 'Create OCBC Account'.
    3. Select the 'On' Service then 'Open an Account'.
    4. Enter Promo Code: OCBCSHOPEE or OCBCSHOPEEFOOD.
    5. Follow the steps to create a new account.
    6. Follow the program Terms and Conditions to get PARTNER E-vouchers.
