5. Hotel voucher is non- refundable
6. Customers can contact the hotel by phone / email listed on each voucher for the voucher exchange procedure. Voucher redemption must be made 7 (seven) days before the desired check-in date.
7. The confirmation of voucher exchange is in accordance with the room availability.
8. The voucher exchange confirmation can be changed a maximum of 1 (one) time up to 3 (days) before the desired check-in date.
9. The hotel reserves the right to refuse voucher redemption on blackout dates or to charge an additional fee.

12. tiket.com has the right to change terms and conditions without prior notification.
13. tiket.com has the right to cancel the order unilaterally if it is found that the terms and conditions do not match or if there is an indication of fraud that is detrimental to tiket.com.
