Credit cardholder is required to send SMS claim every time customer meet the criteria in table 1. monthly according to table below using the handphone number that have registered in the Bank system with the format as follow:

- The fee of SMS claim may vary depend on each telecommunication operator.
- Credit cardholder only need to send an SMS claim from active credit card number and cashback will credited to the credit card number that was registered when cardholder claim SMS.
- Cashback value is given on per customer basis and not per credit card type.

Definition:
- Online transaction is retail transactions made online through media/internet network that accepts credit card payments.
- Other transaction (Offline) is retail transactions conducted in store or face to face (using physical card on EDC machine) worldwide that accept credit card payments
- Retail transactions (online & offline) worldwide using OCBC NISP credit card that made by basic card or supplementary card.
- Initial installment transaction (not installment that are billed every month)

Transactions that not taken into account in the program are:
- Cash Advance transaction.
- Payment of monthly bills that are routinely done every month.
- Installments transaction.
- Fee & credit card charges (including annual fee, late fee and others fee).
