      IMPORTANT!
      To follow bonus package program, OCBC NISP credit card should be in active status and limit of credit card is still sufficient.


2. Specific terms of Grabfood’s voucher:
   
   1. Ensure handphone number in the Grab application and OCBC NISP is the same in order to use Grabfood’s voucher
   2. Method of payment in Grab application only using Grabfood’s voucher and Credit Card OCBC NISP (can not be combined with other payment methods)


3. Specific terms of Cashback:
   1. Transactions that are calculated as stated in the Cashback terms:
      • All retail transactions made online & offline (outlet)
   2. Transactions that are not calculated in the Cashback terms:
      • Cash Advance transaction, monthly bill payment, intallment and fee & charges
      • Transaction that has been convert into intallment
   3. Cashback related categories that are calculated in this program:
      • Restaurant is all transactions made at restaurant (except F&B transactions via E-wallet application)
      • Supermarket is all transactions made at supermarket/hypermarket/minimart
      • Health is all transactions made at hospital/clinic/labs, drugstore/pharmacy/doctors practions.


4. Specific terms of 0% Installment:
   1. Transaction that are not calculated in the 0% Installment term:
      • Cash Advance, fee & charges (annual fee, late charges, others fee) and
      • Transaction of installment can not get poin
   2. Conversion transaction into installment will be charged admin fee IDR 15,000/transaction and cancelation of installment transaction will be charged penalty IDR 200,000/transaction (all fees will be charged on next Billing Statement cardholder)
