NYALA Free Service Fee Program

1. NYALA free service fee program applies to:
   • OCBC NISP customers who have joined Nyala Individu service before January 1, 2022.
   • OCBC NISP customers who have just joined the Nyala Individu from January 1, 2022 up to August 31, 2022.
   • New OCBC NISP customer with Nyala Individu service from January 1, 2022 up to August 31, 2022.
   • New customers or those who have joined the NYALA service according to the announcement in here
2. Free service fees will be provided automatically by system if the customer has joined the NYALA service.
3. The program is valid for customers who join the NYALA service through OCBC NISP branch offices, ONe Mobile, or other OCBC NISP platforms.
