Offer period	:	May 25^th, 2022 – June 16^th, 2022
Bond type	:	Scripless Government Bond, non-tradeable, non-transferable, and non-disbursable until maturity date unless on early redemption period
Target investors	:	Individuals, Indonesian citizens
Allotment date	:	June 20^th, 2022
Settlement date	:	June 22nd, 2022
Maturity date	:	June 10^th, 2024 (2 years tenor)
Coupon type	:	Floating with minimal coupon rate (floating with floor)
Coupon Rate	:	For the first 3-month period (June 22, 2022 to September 10, 2022) a coupon of 5,50% applies (BI 7-Day Reverse Repo Rate during settlement amounting to 3,50% with additional spread determined at 200bps) Spread on point A remains at 200bps until maturity. Coupon rate for first 3-month period is 5,50% and applies as coupon rate minimum (floor). Coupon rate minimum does not change until maturity
Coupon payment	:	On the 10^th date of every month. In the event that the Coupon Payment Date is not on a business day, payment will be made on the next working day without interest compensation. A working day is the day operational payment system is conducted by Bank Indonesia.
First return payment	:	August 10^th, 2022 (long coupon)
Nominal per unit	:	IDR 1,000,000.00
Purchase order	:	Minimum IDR 1,000,000.00
Maximum order	:	IDR 2,000,000,000.00

Earn 0.1% cash rebate for SBR011 purchase

Applies for minimum order accumulation of IDR 50 million (applies multiply of IDR 50 million). Cash rebate will be credited to customers’ account that is utilized to purchase SBR011, maximum on the following month after Settlement Date.
