Terms and conditions for applying for a loan limit* for the first time:

1. Valid for individual customers aged 21-65 years and has been a Dekoruma partner for a minimum of 6 months.
2. Valid for all Dekoruma partners.
3. Customers are required to apply for a KTA loan through the KTA web onboarding.

Terms and conditions for the next loan withdrawal:

1. Valid for customers who have a valid loan limit and the remaining loan limit is still available.
2. The customer is required to send an email to oncashbiz@ocbc.id with the template provided.
