Terms & Conditions:
- Program applied to all OCBC customers (both new and existing customers) who are registered as Telkomsel’s prepaid or postpaid customers.
- Program is only valid for purchases of Spotify Premium 3GB package for IDR 59,000 (before taxes and service fees) with a one-time or recurring payment method from "Top Up & Pay" menu on OCBC Mobile, as per the instructions below (Terms & Condition applies):
- Customers login to OCBC Mobile
- On the main dashboard, select the "All Menus" button and select the "Top Up & Pay" menu.
- Select the "Data Package" option, then select the "Telkomsel Data Package" category.
- Customer input Telkomsel number and click the "Continue" button.
- Select the "Data & Digital" icon, then filter by "Video & Music," and select the "Spotify Premium 3GB" package.
- Click the "Buy Now" button, review the transaction details, and complete the process.
- This program is valid every day (including national holidays).
- This package provides access to Spotify Premium services, including ad-free music, offline listening, full control over song playback, and higher audio quality.
- The amount of internet data and Spotify app quota provided depends on the selected package. Quota may include all-network data (2G/3G/4G/5G) and/or Spotify application quota.
- Spotify Premium can be used on mobile phones, tablets, computers, or TVs for 1 (one) Spotify account.
- Spotify Premium can be activated through an activation link sent via SMS from TSELSPOTIFY after a successful package purchase, instructions as follows:
- Customer login or create a Spotify account using the activation link. The linked account will be used for billing purpose by Telkomsel.
- Should customer's Spotify account was previously billed through Apple, Google, credit card, or another payment method, then customer has to terminate their subscription before activating Spotify Premium.
- For Telkomsel’s postpaid customers (Halo), subscription fees will be charged on the monthly bill.
- For Telkomsel’s prepaid customers, charges will be deducted from credit balance according to the chosen package (one-time or recurring).
- For recurring packages, subscriptions will renew automatically according to the package period. Customers will receive a notification before renewal.
- If prepaid balance is insufficient or a postpaid bill is overdue/exceeds credit limit, the service will not renew until payment is completed.
- Program quota is limited to first 2,500 transactions during program period
- This package is valid for domestic use only. Usage outside Indonesia may incur roaming charges.
- Spotify is not responsible for data charges imposed by Telkomsel due to certain content usage.
- Telkomsel is not responsible for any content within the Spotify application.
- Prices of Spotify Premium package may change at any time.
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the MyTelkomsel app. The service will remain active until the end of the current period.
