Terms and Conditions:
- Program period is 26 Apr - 5 May, 2026
- The program is only valid for OCBC’s Nyala customers (new and existing customers) who purchase Telkomsel data package or reload voucher via OCBC mobile (“Top Up & Pay” menu)
- Minimum purchase of Telkomsel data package or reload voucher in 1 (one) transaction is IDR100,000 (prior tax & admin fee)
- Eligible customer is entitled to earn cashback per transaction up to IDR5,000
- Maximum cashback/customer/program period is up to IDR10,000 ~ equivalent to 2 (two) cashbacks
- Cashback program is valid everyday (incl. national public holiday)
- Total quota for cashback program is only available for the first 1,000 transactions during program period (limited to 100 transactions/day)
- Cashback will be credited to the customer's OCBC account, which was previously successfully used as a source of funds for Telkomsel reload voucher or data package transactions, no later than the last week of the following month.
- Especially for customers who hold Tanda Junior for Young Nyala account, parents and children accounts are identified as 1 (one) customer. Therefore, if the parent has made a successful transaction according to the terms and conditions and received maximum cashback within 1 (one) program period, the cashback will not be credited to the child's account on the same day (even if the child has made a successful transaction according to the program’s terms & conditions). Vice versa.
- PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk ("OCBC"), at its discretion and discretion, reserves the right to suspend or cancel the award of rewards if there are indications of fraud, irregularities, or violations of these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority.
- OCBC reserves the right and authority to amend, add, and/or reduce these terms and conditions by providing notification through any medium deemed appropriate by OCBC, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Should these program’s Terms and Conditions be translated into another language, then a discrepancy or conflict occurred between the Indonesian and the foreign language, then the Indonesian language will be applied.
