As of July 3, 2024, Premier customer service fees will be auto-waived if customers make QRIS transactions and/or Purchase Payments on OCBC Mobile 6 times, with no minimum transaction.
Terms and Conditions
- Customers are entitled to receive a waiver of Premier service fees if they make transactions on OCBC Mobile AND are still Premier Banking customers.
- Transaction conditions:
- No minimum fee
- Transaction type: QRIS payment and/or Purchase Payment (top up Gopay, buy credit, pay electricity, etc.)
- Example of waive service fee scenario:
- Customers do not meet Premier AUM in July 2024
- Customers make 6x QRIS transactions and/or Purchase Payments on OCBC mobile in July 2024
- In August 2024, if the customer is still registered as a Premier Banking customer, the customer will not be charged a service fee.
