Terms & Condition OCBC NISP X Pocket Program:

1. Promo is valid for account opening during the period until December 31st, 2023
2. Valid for Customers who are registered in the Pocket application and have successfully gone through the process of filling in data, verifying, opening an OCBC NISP account, to making the first deposit with an average balance deposition according to the criteria in the OCBC NISP account for 30 (thirty) days since the account opening is active.
3. The first deposit must be made in the same month when the account was opened or no later than 30 (thirty) days from the month the account was opened.
4. Cashback will be given to customers who deposit funds in OCBC NISP accounts with a minimum of Rp200,000 for at least 1 month
5. Cashback will be made in the form of top-up directly to Pocket’s balance at the end of the following month since all terms and conditions are fulfilled.
6. If it is judged that there has been fraud (abuse) in any form against the account opening benefits, Pocket and OCBC NISP have the right to withhold cashback for further investigation.
7. The investigation process into cases of misuse of account opening benefits can take from 1 to 3x24 hours. During the investigation process, cashback will be withheld by Pocket. If any foul or violation of the account opening benefit is found, the funds will be returned to the sender in the amount as paid. If no foul or violation is found, the funds will be forwarded to the recipient's Pocket balance in an amount in accordance with the terms of fund placement.
8. Pocket and OCBC NISP have the right to change, delete, or terminate the ongoing promo without prior notice.
