Terms & Conditions

• 50% cashback up to IDR 5,000/transaction/Customer/day with QR Pay ONe Mobile OCBC NISP payment method^*.
• Promo is valid every Friday & limited to the first 50 transactions/day using QR Pay ONe Mobile.
• 1 Customer is only entitled to receive 1x cashback on the Special Cashback Day.
• Customer who made transactions using QR Pay ONe Mobile OCBC NISP in the previous week, can return to take part in the Special Cashback Day program the following week until the end of the program.
• This program only applies to OCBC NISP Customers (existing & new customers) transact using QR Pay ONe Mobile OCBC NISP at selected Jumpstart machine locations.
• Cashback will be credited to the customer’s account maximum at the end of the following month.
• The program period is valid until 31 October 2023.

^*Notes:
a) If the customer makes more than 1x transactions on the same machine, cashback will only be given once, namely when he first transactions is successful with a maximum cashback of IDR5.000. So, for next transactions the normal price will be charged.
b) If Customer make more than 1x transaction on a different machine, but still are in the same area/location, cashback will be given once, namely when the first transactions is successful with maximum cashback of IDR 5.000. So, for next transaction in other machine the normal price will be charged.

About ONe Mobile

• Please make sure that your ONe Mobile account is active (not blocked by UserID/Password/PIN transactions & has not been inactive for more than 3 months), and there is sufficient balance before processing transactions with QR PAY ONe Mobile OCBC NISP.
• Please make sure the Wi-Fi signal/mobile data network on your mobile phone is stable prior the transaction with QR Pay ONe Mobile OCBC NISP.
• To support smooth transactions with ONe Mobile OCBC NISP, please make sure that you regularly update the application & use the latest version of ONe Mobile application.
