Create Life Goals Mission:
- Customer Criteria:
- Applies to invited OCBC Customer.
- Customer registered/Signed Up in Nyala service in OCBC mobile;
- Customer that has existing active investment product (Deposito, TAKA, Mutual Funds, and Obligation);
- Customer that has yet to create Life Goals.
- Customers will create Life Goals and link their existing investment product to the Life Goals.
- 1 Customer is entitled to receive reward of RDPU (Schroder Liquid Fund) with value equals to Rp25.000,-.
- 1 Customer can only receive the rewards 1 time from creating Life Goals during the program duration.
- RDPU rewards will be given to the Customer latest by the 25th date of next month after the Customer completed the activity on point#2 above.
- Elligible Customer that has yet to create SID, is required to create SID after finishing the mission to receive reward.
Product Investment Mission:
- Customer Criteria:
- Applies to invited OCBC Customer.
- Customer registered/Signed Up in Nyala service in OCBC mobile;
- Customer already owned a Life Goals but has yet to link with an investment product.
- Customer has yet to owned Mutual Funds and Obligations product.
- Customer will be required to place investment (not included product service fee) a minimum of Rp1.000.000,- for the following product:
- Secondary Market Bonds investment and/or;
- Mutual Funds investment with fixed income type of bonds / balanced fund.
- For the investment of Mutual Funds, Customer is required to input promo code: INVESTLG on the promo code fields during purchase.
- 1 Customer is entitled to receive reward of RDPU (Schroder Mutual Fund) with value equals to Rp25.000,- for any placement of investment in point#2 above.
- 1 Customer can receive a maximum of Rp50.000,- for obligation and mutual funds placement during the program duration.
- RDPU rewards will be given to the Customer latest by the 25th date of next month after the customer completed the activity on point#2 above.
- Elligible Customer that has yet to create SID, is required to create SID after finishing the mission to receive reward.

Simulation:
Create Life Goals Mission:
Customer X has yet to own Life Goals or product, then proceed to create Life Goals for travel and purchase mutual funds equal to Rp2.000.000,- and link it to Life Goals created. The Customer will then receive a rewards of RDPU with value equals to Rp50.000, as a completion of creating Life Goals mission and product investment mission.
Customer Y owned some investment product, but have yet to use the Life Goals feature. When customer Y create Life Goals for travel and link their existing product to that Life Goals, then customer Y will receive a rewards of RDPU with value equals to Rp25.000, as a completion of creating Life Goals mission.
Product Investment Mission:
Customer A invests on bond A with the amount of Rp12.000.000,- will receive rewards of RDPU with value equals to Rp25.000,-.
Customer B invests on a mutual fund A with the amount of Rp2.000.000,- and mutual fund B with the amount of Rp6.000.000, will receive rewards of RDPU with value equals to Rp50.000,-.
Schroder Mutual Fund is an investment product from PT Schroder Investment Management Indonesia (''PT SIMI'') which is owned by Schroders Group, a company based in England. Founded on 1804, Schroders group has been working in Investment Management since 1926 and has been managing funds and investment from retail clients such as insurance and pension fund. PT SIMI has been registered and under jurisdiction of OJK under BAPEPAM no. KEP-04/PM/MI/1997 as of 25 April 1997.
FAQ
- When will you receive the RDPU reward?
A: Customers that fulfil the criteria/requirement as stated in the terms and condition will receive the RDPU reward the latest by the 3rd week of the next month. Customers will receive the notification when the rewards will be sent.
- To receive the Life Goals creation reward, what kind of investment will be eligible to be linked?
A: To join the Life Goals creation program, you can link any of your existing or new investment product such as TAKA, TD, Mutual Find, and other Secondary Bonds without a minimum purchase.
- What is RDPU?
A: RDPU or Money Market Mutual Fund is a type of mutual fund where the investment fund is managed by Investment Manage to be invested to various money market instruments which have short due date (1 year) like Deposits, SUN/ Debt Certificate, Certificate Bank Indonesia (SBI), and other similar investment.
- Why should you invest in Mutual Funds?
A: Mutual Funds is one of the favourites for investors that are limited in time and experience due to its low risks. Mutual Funds also have a wide range of selection and can be adjusted to the Investor’s preferences. Mutual Funds itself is very easy to purchase and liquidize whenever necessary.
- Does the product placement mission work with multiple value?
A: No, for the same types of products, customers must place secondary obligation product, or mutual fund with the minimum value of 1 million Rupiah and cannot be multiplied. If a customer place mutual fund A with an amount of 3 million Rupiah, that customer will still receive rewards of equal value to 25,000 RDPU.
- Am I eligible for the Life Goals creation mission if I already made one before?
A: No, the Life Goals creation mission reward is only eligible to customers that have yet to use the Life Goals feature before.
- How long do I need to keep my purchased investment until I receive the rewards?
A: Customers will need to keep their investment product until the end of month (on their month of purchase) to receive the reward according to the terms and condition of the mission. On the starting next month, Customers can do transactions with their purchased product.
- How long will the program run?
A: The promo program will run until December 31, 2023. During the program duration, Customers that follows the program T&C will be eligible to receive the rewards as stated above.
- I finished the Life Goals and/or product placement mission, but have yet to join Nyala, will I get the reward(s)?
A: Yes, you can, if you join Nyala service in the same month you finished the mission, you are still eligible to receive the reward.
- How will I receive the reward after finishing the mission?
A: After a Customer fulfil the mission T&C and complete the mission, that Customer will receive a notification in OCBC mobile for the reward and it will be send directly to the customer’s account as long as they already owned SID.
- What if haven’t create an SID?
A: Customers that fulfil the mission T&C reward but have yet to create SID needs to create SID to receive the reward. OCBC will hold the reward for a month until the customer creates the SID.
