Valid only for transactions made through ONe Mobile
The complimentary Telex fee to OCBC Singapore of IDR 50,000 (up to IDR 100,000 per month) will be processed manually (refund mechanism) to client’s IDR account in OCBC NISP
Refunds will be processed on the following month after the transaction date.
Outward Telegraphic Transfer refunds only applies to Telex Fees and does not include the Full Amount.
