• Valid only for transactions made through ONe Mobile
• The complimentary Telex fee to OCBC Singapore of IDR 50,000 (up to IDR 100,000 per month) will be processed manually (refund mechanism) to client’s IDR account in OCBC NISP
• Refunds will be processed on the following month after the transaction date.
• Outward Telegraphic Transfer refunds only applies to Telex Fees and does not include the Full Amount.
