The installment process will be subject to an administration fee of IDR15,000 to the Credit Card holder's billing statement. This fee is fully charged by OCBC for each installment transaction made by the customer. The merchant is not involved in any additional costs.
Accelerated total installment payments are not subject to interest, but will be subject to a fine of IDR200,000 and will be charged to the Credit Card holder's billing statement
Any problems that arise related to the products sold and/or services provided by the merchant to the OCBC Credit Card Holder are the merchant's responsibility
Any problems that arise related to the card and/or facilities owned by the bank are the responsibility of OCBC
OCBC & the merchant have the full right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice
The Bank, at its discretion and consideration, has the right to suspend or cancel the provision of rewards if there is an indication of fraud, unfairness or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
