Terms & Conditions
- Valid for New Customer
- Fund must be fresh fund (must originate from an account outside OCBC).
- Specifically for the scheme of a combined balance of Rp250,000 with a reward of Rp25,000 is only available for new Nyala customers who sign up through OCBC Mobile and enter the Referral Code and Promotion Code: NEA24. - Customers are required to enroll in Nyala Service 2.0 or Nyala Payroll to qualify.
- The fulfillment criteria for the program scheme must be met in the same month as registration and no later than the end of the following month.
- Rewards are given at the latest two months after account opening, based on the highest combined balance or fixed deposit placement within the first month.
- Customers can only receive a reward from one particular program scheme.
- Each customer is entitled to participate in only one Nyala Acquisition program and cannot combine it with other similar programs. In cases of double participation, the customer will not qualify for the Nyala Acquisition program.
- Rewards for the New to Product (NTP) program are only applicable if the customer has a minimum Total AUM of Rp25 Million (Nyala Banyak Cuan Mission), with the following conditions:
- Maintains a combined balance of Rp25 million during the first month of joining NTP.
- Compliance with the NTP program is assessed up to three months after account opening.
- The bank, at its discretion and consideration, reserves the right to suspend or cancel the granting of rewards if there is an indication of fraud, irregularity, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- The bank has the right and authority to modify, add, and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions with notification through media deemed appropriate by the bank, considering the legal regulations and legislation in force.
