Terms and conditions:

1. Valid for applications from November 1 - December 31, 2024 and maximum credit disbursement until January 31, 2025.
2. Valid for conventional facilities with the purpose of take over, take over top up, and exisiting top up for Investment Loan, Commercial Property Loan, and Term Loan.
3. Valid for submission through your Relationship Manager.
4. Free appraisal fee with a minimum limit of IDR 500 million.
5. Free take over provision fee with a minimum limit of IDR 500 million.
6. If there is an addition (top up) to the take over facility, the top up limit will be subject to a provision fee of at least 0.5%.
7. Free admin fee with a minimum limit of IDR 500 million.
8. GoPay balance bonus of IDR 1 million for every IDR 500 million limit multiple. The maximum GoPay balance reward is IDR 20 million per customer.
9. GoPay balance bonus is valid for the first 100 registered customers.
10. Rewards will be received no later than 2 months after credit disbursement.
11. The Customer's GoPay account name and number must match those listed on the OCBC system.
