Terms & Conditions Akuisisi Nyala Program (“Syarat dan Ketentuan”):

1. This program running since 20 February until 30 April 2026 (“Program Period”.)
2. Valid for New Customer
3. Customer must enter NYALAPET promo code while account opening (New Customer)
4. Customer must registered Nyala (not valid for Nyala Bisnis).
5. Funds and product placement must originate from other bank (Fresh Funds) and cannot be transferred from other OCBC accounts.
   Example: Customer join with total combined fund balance IDR 2 Million and fund placement IDR 1 Million from other bank and overbooking IDR 1 Million. Therefore, Customer is not eligible because the funds are not fresh funds.
6. Fulfilment of general requirements including fresh fund and total combined fund balance must be performed at the latest within the end of 2nd month since account opening (New Customer)
   • Example: If the first month Customer has fulfilled the requirements for the Total Combined Balance, then Total Combined Balance reward will be paid immediately without waiting for the end of the second month.
7. Reward for total combined fund balance placement does not apply to multiples.
   • Example: Customer placement total combined fund IDR 100 Million, the Customer get reward IDR 250,000 in accordance with the tier for a total combined balance of Rp50 million.
8. Fulfilment of new product placement requirement must be performed at the latest within the end of the 3rd month since account opening, max 3 products.

10. Reward will be credited to the customer’s active account (Tanda 360 plus IDR atau Mudarabah iB IDR) no later than the last working day of the fourth month after account opening (New Customer)
    • Example: If a customer opens an account in January 2026, the fulfilment of total combined fund balance must be performed within the end of February 2026 and new product placement must be performed within the end of March 2026. Cashback will be credited on 30^th April 2026.
11. Specifically for the Gold Savings product, the product reward is credited in the form of a Gold Savings balance, which is credited based on the market value at the time the reward credit is made by OCBC.
12. Customers must ensure that the account is active and not blocked/restricted for any reasons at the time the payment of the program reward is credited by the Bank. If at the of reward payment the account status is not active or is blocked, the payment will be made on the last working day of the following month.
13. Each Customer is allowed only 1 (one) New Customer program.
14. This program cannot be combined with other new customer programs
15. OCBC has the right to not processing/cancelling the provision of reward to Customers who, based on OCBC’s assessment, are indicated to have committed fraud on account opening and/or included in OCBC’s fraud list.

3. Customize Nyala Global Debit for Pet only available for OCBC New Customers
4. Customers can submit Pet Photo in OCBC Web Form Buka Nyala + Custom Debit khusus Anabulmu
5. Customer must submit Complete Name, Email, OCBC Account Number, Pet’s Name at the OCBC Pet Web Form
6. Customers are required to submit Pet photo at the webform no longer than 5 working days
7. Custom Nyala Global Debit will be sent to Customer’s home address that are registered at OCBC system no longer than 14 working days
