Terms & Condition Program :
- Customer are required to do Funds Placement according to the scheme above.
- The program only valid for Individuals Customer.
- Program valid for OCBC New Customer & Existing Customer.
- Customers must completed and sign form/document needed for the program (if the customers open OCBC account via OCBC Branch) or approved (if the Customers open OCBC Account via OCBC mobile)
- For Customer who choose Tanda Hadiah program, applies terms & condition as follows :
- For Tanda Hadiah Program, Customer must open/choose Tanda 360 plus product/ Tanda 360 Plus Digital (for Tanda 360 Plus Digital, only available and can opened via OCBC Mobile)
- For Customers who open Tanda Hadiah Product at OCBC Branch, Customers source of fund must be fresh fund on the Tanda 360 plus saving account. Fresh funds are funds that come from outside OCBC Bank/ Cash Deposits
- The amount of interest on the Tanda 360 Plus / Tanda 360 Plus Digital Product account The prize is given, in accordance with the applicable provisions at the Bank which is informed to the Customer through the website, Branch Office or other media by paying attention to the applicable laws and regulations.
- The Customer agrees to give authority and power of attorney to the Bank to debit, block and unblock a number of funds in the Customer's account at the Bank in accordance with the amount that has been selected by the Customer
- If the Customer instructs the Bank to terminate its participation in this Program or the Customer's savings account is closed or closed for any reason before the end of the Hold Period, the Customer will be subject to a penalty fee as stated in the scheme that has been selected. Specifically for the closure of a Savings account, the Customer is also obliged to pay the account closure fee in the amount of the provisions applicable to the Bank which is informed to the Customer through the Application, Website, Bank Office or other media determined by the Bank by paying attention to the applicable provisions and laws and regulations.
- Tickets will be accepted or redeemable by the Customer no later than June 14, 2025. The mechanism for sending and picking up tickets will be communicated through:
- Bank's digital channels such as Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other digital channels; or
- The branch that the Customer chooses (applies specifically to Diamond and VVIP tickets) through the Marketing Officer who assists the Customer in opening/placing the product.
Delivery or collection of tickets for the OCBC Disney Cards Grand Launch – A Magical Night of Music event will be done through the channel listed/selected by the Customer after the start of the Hold Period.
- The Bank has the right and authority to amend, add and/or reduce the General Terms and Conditions of this Program with notification through the media determined by the Bank taking into account the provisions and regulations of the applicable laws and regulations.
