Terms and Conditions of the Door Prize Program

1. Program eligible for customers attending the OCBC Disney Cards Grand Launch – A Magical Night of Music event
2. The program is valid for all customers present at the OCBC Disney Cards Grand Launch event
3. The bank, at its discretion and consideration, has the right to suspend or cancel the award if there are indications of fraud, unfairness, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The bank has the right and authority to change, add, and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions with notification through media deemed appropriate by the bank, while considering the applicable laws and regulations.
5. every audience member at the OCBC Disney Cards Grand Launch event has a chance to be a winner of the Program by:
   • Each audience member will be included in the program based on their seat number.
   • Every attendee is required to post documentation of the excitement of the OCBC A Magical Night of Music event through Instagram Story and tag Instagram @ocbc_Indonesia, the post must be made before the announcement of the winner.
   • The Instagram account of Door Prize participants must not be private during the documentation of the excitement of the event.
   • At the end of the event, the seat numbers of the winners will be announced.
   • The prize recipients must be present at the time of the winner announcement. If the name of the winner is called 3 times but they are not present at the time of the announcement, a new winner will be sought.
   • If the seat number called has not posted documentation in accordance with the terms and conditions of the program, a new winner will be sought.
6. The Bank's decision in determining the Winners of the Program is final and cannot be contested.
7. The Door Prize program is not applicable to employees of Bank OCBC.

Program Prize Mechanism

1. All event participants are entitled to a chance to win prizes during the Program Period.
2. The prizes that can be won are: 1 Economy Return Ticket from Jakarta to Hong Kong + 1 Day Entrance Ticket to Hong Kong Theme Park.
3. Ticket prizes and coordination for departure must be arranged through Panorama JTB with the following details:
   • Ticket prizes are valid for flight periods until December 31, 2026.
   • Departure dates must be booked 6 months prior to the flight.
   • Visa arrangements for each visiting country can be assisted by Panorama JTB and are the responsibility of the winner.
   • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, assigned to others, or swapped for other items for any reason.
   • Prize taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
