IDR 5 Million Prieds subscription discount only for Nyala Bisnis Customers!

Terms and conditions:

1. The program is valid for OCBC business entity customers.
2. The program is valid for Customers who have Nyala Bisnis/ Nyala Bisnis TAYTB Women Warriors services.
3. The special subscription fee price for WMS Lite Standard Software is IDR 10 Million/ year (normal price IDR 15 Million).
4. The Prieds service that will be provided to customers is in the form of business application software with the following scheme:
   1. The discounted price stated is only applicable for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Lite service, under the condition of 1 (one) warehouse and 1 (one) user. Any additional warehouse or user outside of this condition will incur additional costs according to applicable regulations.
   2. The discount provided is only valid for the Prieds WMS Lite usage license. Any additional features, modules, or services outside the scope of the Prieds WMS Lite license are not included in the discount calculation and will be charged at normal prices.
   3. Customers are entitled to 1 (one) free training session for 2 (two) hours conducted online. Additional training outside of these provisions may incur extra charges as per Prieds' regulations.
   4. Customers will receive the Prieds WMS Lite User Guide at no charge as part of this service.
5. Terms and conditions of the program are subject to change at any time, and any changes will be communicated by the Bank to the Customers
