Program Terms and Conditions
- The Program applies to invited Customers.
- Customers must enter promo code “NEA26” during account opening (New Customers) or joining in this program (Existing Customers).
- Customers must join Nyala Individual or Nyala Payroll services (not applicable for Nyala Business).
- Exclusive Disney merchandise is valid only at selected OCBC branches. Click here to view the list.
- All fund placements must be fresh funds (originating from other banks), not internal transfers within OCBC.
- Example: If a customer places IDR 2,000,000 consisting of IDR 1,000,000 from another bank and IDR 1,000,000 internal transfer, the customer is not eligible.
- The fulfilment of Total Combined Balance requirement and program conditions will be assessed no later than the end of the second month after account opening (New Customers) or joining in this program (Existing Customers), based on the highest Total Combined Balane at each month-end.
- Example: If the Total Combined Balance requirement is met in the first month, the reward will be credited without waiting until the end of the second month.
- The Total Combined Balance reward is not applied on a multiple basis.
- Example: If a customer places a Total Combined Balance of IDR 100,000,000, the reward will be IDR 285,000, based on the applicable tier of IDR 50,000,000.
- New product placement requirements must be fulfilled no later than the end of the third month after account opening (New Customers) or joining this program (Existing Customers).
- New products placement rewards apply only to Customers who meet the minimum Total Combined Balance of IDR 25,000,000 from the first month of account opening (New Customers) or after joining this program (Existing Customers and are limited to a maximum of three (3) products.
- The reward will be credited to the Customer’s active account (Tanda 360 Plus IDR or Mudarabah iB IDR) no later than the last working day of the fourth month after account opening (New Customers) or joining this program (Existing Customers).
- Example: If a customer opens an account in May 2026, the Total Combined Balance requirement will assessed until the end of June 2026, and new product placement will be assessed until the end of July 2026. The reward will be credited on 31 August 2026.
- For the Gold Savings products, the reward will be credited in the form of Gold Savings balance, calculated on the prevailing market value at the time the reward is credited by OCBC.
- The account must be active and not blocked/restricted for any reason at the time the reward is credited by OCBC. If the account is not active or is blocked at the time of reward payment, the payment will be made on the last working day of the following month.
- Each customer is only eligible to participate in one new customer program.
- This program cannot be combined with other new customer programs, except for Tanda Hadiah Extra Gimmick Disney and /or Young Nyala account opening Program.
- OCBC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the reward if there is any indication of fraud, irregularities, or violations of these Terms and Conditions, or if the participant is included in the OCBC fraud list.
