Program Mechanics & Terms
- Save your card details and make online transactions using your OCBC Nyala Global Debit Card with a minimum transaction of IDR 500,000 to receive an e-voucher worth up to IDR 100,000.
- Additional e-vouchers worth up to IDR 500,000 will be awarded to customers with the highest accumulated transactions at overseas merchants (online and/or offline), with a minimum total transaction of IDR 1,500,000 during the program period.
- This program is valid exclusively for invited customers who receive program information via official OCBC Email and/or WhatsApp.
- Limited quota, consisting of:
- 250 main e-vouchers
- 10 additional e-vouchers for customers who meet the highest transaction criteria
- E-voucher recipients will be determined on a first come, first served basis, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
- E-vouchers are GrabFood e-vouchers in the form of unique voucher codes, which will be sent to eligible customers.
- Other terms and conditions of the OCBC Nyala Global Debit Card apply.
E-Voucher Information
- Each eligible customer is entitled to receive a maximum of 1 (one) main e-voucher and 1 (one) additional e-voucher (if applicable).
- E-vouchers are non-transferable.
- E-vouchers are valid until 30 June 2026.
- E-vouchers can only be used for subsequent GrabFood transactions using the OCBC Nyala Global Debit Card.
- E-vouchers will be delivered via WhatsApp to the customer’s registered mobile number in OCBC’s system, no later than 20 business days after the program period ends.
- At the time of winner determination and e-voucher distribution, the debit card must be active and not blocked.
- Please ensure that your registered mobile number remains active to receive the e-voucher.

How to Activate Your OCBC Nyala Global Debit Card via OCBC mobile
- Open the OCBC mobile app and log in using your User ID and Password / biometric authentication.
- Select Settings → Card Settings → Apply for or Activate New Card.
- Enter the 16-digit card number or the last 4 digits of your debit card.
- Enter the CVV (on the back of the card) and the card expiry date.
- Done! Your OCBC debit card is now active and ready to use.
