Terms and Conditions
- The fresh fund top-up and bonus QRIS Pay cashback program is only valid for Nyala customers (both existing and new customers; not applicable to OCBC staff, Nyala Business, Premier Banking, & Private Banking customers).
- The fresh fund top-up program consists of two placement schemes:
- IDR 5 million - <IDR 18.5 million or
- ≥ IDR18.5 million.
- Fresh funds are funds transferred directly from other bank accounts or cash deposits activity (exclude incoming funds from transfers activity among OCBC accounts, or funds from disbursement activity from deposit products and/or investment products. The fresh fund top-up value must increase the total combined balance in April 2026 compared to March 2026.
- Customers are required to deposit & maintain savings balance until the end of the program period (April 30, 2026) to be eligible for bonus QRIS Pay cashback.

For fresh fund top-ups of ≥ IDR 18.5 million, customers will receive bonus QRIS Pay cashback worth IDR 85,000. - Bonus cashback applies to payments using QRIS Pay feature on OCBC mobile at all outlets in Indonesia.
- Min. transaction amount to be eligible for bonus QRIS Pay cashback is start from IDR 85,000.
- For customers who top up their fresh funds between IDR 5 million - <IDR18.5 million, the maximum bonus cashback per QRIS Pay transaction is 10% up to IDR 18,500.
- For customers who top up their fresh funds ≥IDR18.5 million, the maximum bonus cashback per QRIS Pay transaction is 10% up to IDR 85,000.
- The bonus QRIS Pay cashback applies every day during the program period (including national holidays, if applicable).
- The bonus QRIS Pay cashback will be credited to the customer's OCBC account, which was previously successfully used as a source of funds for QRIS transactions, no later than the last week of the following month.
- The bonus QRIS Pay cashback quota is limited to 8,500 customers.
- Especially for customers who hold Tanda Junior for Young Nyala account, parents and children accounts are identified as 1 (one) customer. Therefore, if the parent has made a successful transaction according to the terms and conditions and received maximum cashback, the cashback will not be credited to the child's account on the same day (even if the child has made a successful transaction according to the program’s terms & conditions). Vice versa.

- These terms and conditions have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority.
- OCBC reserves the right and authority to amend, add, and/or reduce these terms and conditions by providing notification through any medium deemed appropriate by OCBC, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Should these program’s Terms and Conditions be translated into another language, then a discrepancy or conflict occurred between the Indonesian and the foreign language, then the Indonesian language will be applied.
