Terms and Condition Program Menabung

  • Valid for School Customers (Principal/Community) who have signed a partnership agreement with the Education Community.
  • Cash rewards are only valid for Customer accounts tagged with the promotional code EDU## (EDU = Education Community identifier, ## = specified sequence number).
  • The terms and conditions for cash rewards that will be given to customers who open an OCBC account follow the scheme and rewards above and are received net by the customer.
  • The above program applies to opening a Tanda 360 Plus Digital/Tanda 360 Plus Savings account for NTB (New to Bank) Customers & NTB Reactivation Customers (specifically for the IDR 5 million AUM scheme, it must be bundled with a deposit product placement with a minimum of IDR 5,000,000 for a 3-month tenor).
  • New customers (NTB) are declared eligible if they have:
    • Successfully opened an account.
    • Has met the AUM requirement specified above.
    • The AUM position at the end of the month the account was opened, or at the latest by the end of the following month (M+1), meets the above requirements.

Other Terms & Conditions:

  1. The OCBC Credit Card must be active, not blocked, not in arrears, and have sufficient remaining credit limit.
  2. Transactions included in this program are tuition payments made offline via the OCBC EDC available at Santa Laurensia Alam Sutera School.
  3. Valid for transactions not yet printed on the billing statement.
  4. Transactions converted to instalments are based on the transaction date.
  5. Transactions converted to instalments do NOT earn Poinseru/Travel Miles/Voyage Miles.
  6. At the time of the instalment conversion request, the temporary limit increase request is not in progress.
  7. Independent instalment requests must be submitted a maximum of 2 (two) business days before the Credit Card billing cycle date, and the instalment conversion process cannot be processed after the billing cycle date.
  8. Transactions will be converted to instalments no later than 2 calendar days after the request is submitted.
  9. Independent instalment processing will incur an administration fee of IDR 25,000 applied to the Credit Card holder's billing statement.
  10. Cancellation or early payment of instalments will incur a penalty fee of IDR 200,000 per transaction. These fees will be billed to the customer's Credit Card bill the following month.

      • Existing CIFs who do not have a savings account
      • Existing CIFs who have a savings account but are dormant and have a balance of 0.
      • Existing CIFs who have previously owned products other than savings (e.g., credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, digital lending, etc.)
  4. Principals must have an OCBC checking account and OCBC merchant/payment facilities: EDC, QRIS, and/or Virtual Account.
  5. Cashback applies to customer accounts tagged with the promotional code EDU## (EDU = Education Community identifier, ## = specified sequence number).
  6. Cash rewards will be credited to customers no later than the fourth week of the following month after eligibility verification.
  7. The program is valid from May 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
