• The customer acknowledges and fully agrees that the OCBC Singapore Tennis Open 2026 is a conditional program, The Customer has the right to register in the Program if the Customer has fulfilled all the Program and related banking products terms and conditions.
• The customer is required to prepare and ensure the completeness of the documents belonging to the Participant required for the requirements for the continuity of the Program, as well as the suitability of the Participant against the Participant Requirements.
• In relation to the Singapore Tennis Open
  • Customer will receive an allocated seat within the centre court area during the Singapore Tennis Open 2026 Final, Sunday 27 September 2026.
  • Hospitality access can be redeemed during the day in the venue’s registration. Details will be provided after joining the program.
  • Customer will be given priority entry to the OCBC Arena along with free flow food & beverages in the Hospitality Lounge.
• In relation to the Complimentary Pick-Up Service in Singapore
  • The booking time is a maximum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled facility usage time (calculated based on business days) via your Premier Banking Manager (PBM).
  • Bookings for the Complimentary Pick-Up Service quota must not be made through OCBC mobile.
  • The service coverage area is Singapore.
  • In the procurement of facilities, the Bank collaborates with third parties.
  • The requirements and booking mechanism for the Complimentary Pick-Up Service refer to the applicable terms & conditions.
• The customer agrees that the Bank has the right and authority to modify, add to, and/or reduce this Form and Terms and Conditions with written notice at the Bank's office or other media specified by the Bank, taking into account the applicable legal provisions and regulations.
