1. Program Period
   The Program will run from October 12, 2026, to December 31, 2026, based on the date the Card is approved ("Program Period").
2. Program Participant Criteria
   This Program is open to Program Participants who meet the following criteria:
• Individual OCBC Bank customers;
• Individual OCBC Bank customers who are not in the Premier or Private Banking segment;
• Individual OCBC Bank customers who already have an OCBC savings account; and
• Individual OCBC Bank customers who do not yet have an OCBC Credit Card ("Program Participants").
3. General Program Terms and Conditions
   • Program Participants must read and understand the General Program Terms and Conditions.
   • OCBC Bank reserves the right to reject or cancel a Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Program Terms and Conditions.
   • Program Participants are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
   • The Program is valid for Program Participants who own and transact using an OCBC 1st, Nyala Platinum, Star Wars Platinum, Pet Lovers Platinum, or FTL Platinum Credit Card ("Card").
   • Program Participants are required to make a minimum accumulated transaction of IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) within 90 calendar days from the date the Card is approved ("Transaction Period").

   • Transactions during the Transaction Period do not include cash advances, loan on phone transactions, bill payments, canceled transactions, and/or monthly installment payments.
   • Accumulated transactions during the Transaction Period are the combined total of primary and supplementary Card transactions recorded in the OCBC Bank system.
   • Program Participants who have fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of the Program are entitled to a cashback of IDR 200,000 (two hundred thousand Rupiah) ("Prize"), and multiples are not valid.
   • By approving a Card during the Program Period and making transactions in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of the Program during the Transaction Period, the Program Participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The approval of the Card during the Program Period and the transactions made by the Program Participant constitute valid proof of the Program Participant's participation in this Program and the Program Participant's agreement to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
4. Reward Mechanism
   • Rewards earned under this Program will be credited to the primary Card of Program Participants who have fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of the Program no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days (or such other period as OCBC Bank deems appropriate) from the end of the Transaction Period, provided that OCBC Bank receives all necessary information. This does not include invalid, canceled, or redeemed transactions, in which case no Rewards will be awarded to Program Participants under this Program.

   • The Prize is not valid if the Card is blocked or in arrears at the time of Prize crediting.
   • OCBC Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel the award of the Prize for transactions deemed unreasonable, including but not limited to cash advance transactions and transactions indicated to be selling prohibited products based on applicable regulations.
   • If a Program Participant cancels a transaction during the Transaction Period that causes the Program Participant to not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Program Participant agrees that OCBC Bank has the right not to award the Prize.
5. Program Participant Complaints
   • Program participants can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest OCBC Bank branch, Tanya OCBC (1-500-999), or via email at tanya@ocbc.id.
   • Complaints regarding this Program must be received no later than June 30, 2027.
6. Other Terms and Conditions
   • Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that OCBC Bank reserves the right to amend/change/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication channels available at OCBC Bank. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms, and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Program Participants have the right to submit a written objection to OCBC Bank within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification of such changes by OCBC Bank through OCBC Bank's communication channels. Program Participants agree that they will be deemed to have agreed to such changes if they do not submit an objection within that time period. If a Program Participant does not agree to such changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first fulfilling all obligations to OCBC Bank (if any).
   • Program Participants declare that there are no and will not be any transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
   • If there are indications of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, OCBC Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of OCBC Bank products/services, cancel Program participation, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants remain obliged to pay all their obligations to OCBC Bank (if any).
   • If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or declared null and void by law due to a government or court decision, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions remain valid and binding and can be enforced as specified in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
   • If any irregularities are found regarding this Program or if fraud is suspected, Program Participants are advised to immediately report them via Ask OCBC.
   • The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority.
   • PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.
