Centara Hotels & Resorts will verify and confirm member eligibility within 30 business days via email upon successful registration.
The CentaraThe1 upgraded status will be extended to 30 November 2025 for Eligible Cardholders who registered, logged in to their CentaraThe1 account, made a reservation for a minimum 2-night stay via the official website (www.centarahotelsresorts.com) and complete the stay between 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025.
The CentaraThe1 upgraded tier will not be extended beyond 31 May 2025 for cardholders who do not complete (book and stay) the minimum 2-night stay before 31 May 2025 (this date inclusive). If the minimum 2-night stay is not completed before 31 May 2025, the cardholder’s status will be downgraded to the CentaraThe1 Preferred status from 1 June 2025.
Offer cannot be combined with any other CentaraThe1 promotions.
Eligible OCBC Credit/Debit Card with Mastercard® logo cardholders will only receive CentaraThe1 status upgrade, not inclusive of any points or complimentary nights.
