Terms and Conditions for Using Vouchers and Voucher Links

1. Customers are required to redeem the voucher link one by one to use the Champ voucher.
2. The voucher link and voucher that have been given are valid until June 30, 2025.
3. Each voucher is worth IDR 50,000,-
4. A maximum of 1 (one) voucher can be used per transaction
5. Vouchers can be used without a minimum transaction.
6. Vouchers can be used at all CHAMP RESTO INDONESIA outlets:

   • Raa Cha Suki & BBQ

7. Vouchers cannot be cashed.
8. Vouchers are only valid for dine-in / takeaway transactions at CHAMP RESTO INDONESIA outlets.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – CHAMP VOUCHER

1. Champ Rewards app cannot be used.
   Currently the Champ Rewards application is undergoing a system update and will be available again on Google Playstore and Apple Store soon under the name Champ Super App.
2. What is the status of Champ vouchers that have been obtained from previous OCBC / Poinseru / Ruangmenyala acquisition programs?
   Vouchers that have been previously owned from the previous OCBC/Poinseru/Ruangmenyala acquisition program will be sent back via email registered in the OCBC system no later than the second week of April 2025.
3. How to use the new Champ voucher?
   The voucher will be sent via email in the form of a link.
   Here's how to use the voucher sent via email:
   • Click the voucher link in the email.
   • Show the voucher page to the cashier.
   • The cashier will validate.
   • The voucher is ready to use.
   
4. Where can the new Champ voucher be used?
   Vouchers can be used at all CHAMP RESTO INDONESIA outlets:

5. Until when is the Champ voucher link in the email valid?
   Link (Voucher Link) and Champ Voucher are valid until June 30, 2025.
6. Is there a minimum transaction to use the voucher?
   No. Vouchers can be used without a minimum transaction.
7. How many vouchers can be used per transaction?
   Maximum 1 (one) voucher can be used per transaction
8. Is it possible to redeem multiple vouchers on a link at the same time?
   Customers are required to redeem the voucher links one by one to use the Champ voucher.
9. Can the voucher be used on the new Champ app / online?
   Vouchers are only valid for dine-in / takeaway transactions at CHAMP RESTO INDONESIA outlets.
