Bonus GarudaMiles 50% by redeeming Voyage Miles, Travel Miles and Poinseru

Terms and Conditions:

1. GarudaMiles 50% bonus scheme per member:
   • 100,000 miles for members who have never redeemed GarudaMiles from Bank OCBC for the past year starting 2025.
   • 50,000 miles for members who have redeemed GarudaMiles from Bank OCBC for the past year as of 2025.
2. The validity period of bonus miles is 12 months.
3. Only valid for GarudaMiles redemption from Voyage Miles, Travel Miles and Poinseru.
4. Valid for mileage redemption in the period of 1 – 10 April 2026.
5. Redemption can be made more than 1 (one) time during the program period with a maximum bonus of up to 100,000 miles (in accordance with the terms & conditions of point 1).
6. GarudaMiles redeemed from Customer’s Voyage Miles, Travel Miles and Poinseru will be received within 5 – 10 working days.
7. 50% GarudaMiles bonus will be received a maximum of 30 working days after the redemption period ends.
8. Member ID name and Customer name must match the data at the Bank.
9. GarudaMiles has the right to determine eligible members to receive the GarudaMiles bonus based on the data validation process.
10. All GarudaMiles bonus validation and bonus processes are carried out entirely by GarudaMiles and inviolable.
11. Successfully redeemed Voyage Miles, Travel Miles, and Poinseru are non-refundable.

Mekanisme Penukaran:

Voyage Miles

• Customer redeem Voyage Miles to GarudaMiles by contacting Voyage Exchange 24/7 Personal Concierge (+6221-26506363).
• Customer confirms the number of Voyage Miles they wish to redeem to GarudaMiles.
• GarudaMiles redeemed from Customer’s Voyage Miles will be received within 5 – 10 working days.
• 50% GarudaMiles bonus will be received a maximum of 30 working days after the redemption period ends.

Travel Miles

• Customers redeem Travel Miles to GarudaMiles via OCBC mobile.
• GarudaMiles redeemed from Customer’s Travel Miles will be received within 5 – 10 working days.
• 50% GarudaMiles bonus will be received a maximum of 30 working days after the redemption period ends.

Poinseru

• Customers redeem Poinseru to GarudaMiles through Poinseru catalog.
• GarudaMiles redeemed from Customer’s Poinseru will be received within 5 – 10 working days.
• 50% GarudaMiles bonus will be received a maximum of 30 working days after the redemption period ends.
• The Bank reserves the right to cancel the exchange of Poinseru to GarudaMiles if the name registered on the Poinseru website is different from the GarudaMiles Member ID.
• Successfully redeemed Poinseru is non-refundable.
