Terms and Condition

1. Convert Poinseru, Travel Miles and Voyage Miles to GarudaMiles, get 10% Bonus up to 50,000 miles
2. Valid for mile acquisition transactions during the program period May 20 – June 23, 2026
3. You are allowed to exchange more than once during the program period
4. Bonus miles are valid for 12 months.
5. Bonus Miles will be credited to the member's account within a maximum of 60 working days after the program period ends.
6. Point-Conversion Mechanism at OCBC :
   • Voyage Miles Customers can convert Voyage Miles to GarudaMiles by contacting Voyage Exchange 24/7 Personal Concierge (+6221-26506363). Customers must confirm the number of Voyage Miles they wish to convert to GarudaMiles.
   • Travel Miles Customers can convert Travel Miles to GarudaMiles via the Rewards page on OCBC mobile.
   • Poinseru Customers can convert Poinseru to GarudaMiles via the Rewards page on OCBC mobile.
7. All validation processes and granting of GarudaMiles Bonuses are carried out entirely by GarudaMiles and cannot be contested.

Terms and condition for 30% bonus extra GarudaMiles redemption program

1. Additional Bonus 30% 1st Converter maximum 50,000 miles applies to members who have not made a conversion transaction to GarudaMiles from a non-flight partner during the period January 1, 2025-March 31, 2026 (excluding Garuda co-brand credit cards and Buy Miles on Garuda channels).
2. Extra Bonus applies to customer miles earned from all non-flight partners (including co-brands).
   1. Earn 300,000 GarudaMiles from a minimum of 5 GarudaMiles partners (excluding Buy Miles) will get a bonus reward of 50,000 GarudaMiles.
   2. Earn 500,000 GarudaMiles from a minimum of 10 GarudaMiles partners and you will get a bonus reward of 100,000 GarudaMiles.
