Get 10% Cashback up to IDR 20,000 for Pay/Purchase Transactions on Various Bills via OCBC mobile!

Syarat dan Ketentuan

1. Program period: Jul 25, 2026 - Aug 7, 2026
2. Cashback program is valid for OCBC Nyala customers (new & existing customers)
3. Customers are mandatory to conduct minimum transaction of IDR 100.000 by using “Top Up & Pay” feature on OCBC mobile
4. Maximum cashback for each transaction is 10% up to IDR 10.000
5. Maximum cashback per customer during program period for “Top Up & Pay” transaction via OCBC mobile is up to IDR 20.000
6. Each customer is only eligible to earn maximum of 2 (two) cashback during program period.
7. Program is applicable every day (incl. national public holiday)
8. Program is only applicable for selected billers as follows:
   • Electricity token/biller payment, or
   • Indihome biller payment, or
   • Land & building tax payment (PBB DKI Jakarta, Kab. Kebumen, Kab. Magelang, Kab. Pekalongan, Kab. Semarang, Kota Banjarmasin, & Kota Medan)
9. Daily cashback quota is only valid for first 100 (one hundred) transactions
10. Especially for customers who hold Tanda Junior for Young Nyala account, parents and children accounts are identified as 1 (one) customer. Therefore, if the parent has made a successful transaction according to the terms and conditions and received maximum cashback, the cashback will not be credited to the child's account (even if the child has made a successful transaction according to the program’s terms & conditions). Vice versa.
11. Cashback reward will be credited to customer’s OCBC account which successfully used as source of fund for “Top Up & Pay” transaction at the latest by the last week of upcoming month.
12. PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk ("OCBC"), at its discretion and discretion, reserves the right to suspend or cancel the award of rewards if there are indications of fraud, irregularities, or violations of these terms and conditions.
13. These terms and conditions have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority
14. OCBC reserves the right and authority to amend, add, and/or reduce these terms and conditions by providing notification through any medium deemed appropriate by OCBC, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
15. Should these program’s Terms and Conditions be translated into another language, then a discrepancy or conflict occurred between the Indonesian and the foreign language, then the Indonesian language will be applied.
