• The program does not apply to OCBC Bank Staff with Seller or Operations functions at branches.

  Referrer is required to share referral code to the Referee by selecting one of the channels below to participate in Refer a Friend program: If via OCBC mobile, then share referral code to the Referral; or If via internet banking, then Referrer is required to fill in the Referral of name and phone number (max data filling 1 month after opening account) If there is a discrepancey in data between Referrer entered via Internet Banking, the Referrer is not eligible to receive the reward. Referrer is must have joined Nyala/Premier Banking services. Participant negligence in entering referral code causes reward to not be credited. Refer a Friend reward will be calculated after the Referral place fund in acordance with the program scheme table above max. 1 month after Referral open an account. Refereer account must be in active and not blocked/restricted for whatsoever reasons at the time the payment of the program reward is made by the Bank. Rewards will be credited no later than 4th week of the following month to Referrer Tanda 360 Plus IDR account after the above requiredments are met. Referrer represents and warrants that it has obtained the consent of the Referral for its personal data to be provided to OCBC for participation in the program and to be contacted by OCBC, and guarantees to release OCBC from all risks, demands, lawsuits and other legal remedies against OCBC related to or arising from the disclosure of the Referral personal data to OCBC.

  Referral is required to open account via OCBC mobile or branch. Referral is required to fill in the referral code based on the channel used and joined Nyala service: If via OCBC mobile, then fill in the referral code in the referral code field; or If via Branch, make sure the phone number entered by Referrer in Internet Banking is the same as the one entered in Bank system when the Referral open an account. The Referral is required to place funds no later than the end of the following month from the month of account opening. The value of Referral fund placement calculated is the total balance of the combined funds.

Terms & Conditions Akuisisi Nyala Program:

1. This program running since 1 February until 31 March 2026 (“Program Period”.)
2. Valid for:
   • New Customers, OR
   • Existing Customers provided that as of December 31, 2025, all OCBC accounts have been closed and they do not hold any other products except for OCBC Credit Cards.
3. Customers must enter NEA26 promo code while account opening (New Customer) or joining in this Program (Existing Customer).
4. Customers must be registered to Nyala or Nyala Payroll services (not applicable for Nyala Bisnis).
5. Extra Gimmick Disney only applied to Customer who open Regular Savings Plan (TAKA Bungam TAKA Flexi, TAKA Fix Installment) min. target fund IDR 10 Million tenor 12 months. (or especially for TAKA Flexi, min. monthly deposit IDR 834,000 with tenor 12 months). Gimmick only applicable at OCBC Branch listed in here.
6. Funds and product placement must originating from other bank (Fresh Funds) and cannot be transferred from other OCBC accounts. Example: Customer join with total combined fund balance IDR 2 Million and fund placement IDR 1 Million from other bank and overbooking IDR 1 Million. Therefore, Customer is not eligible because the funds are not fresh funds.
7. Fulfilment of general requirements including fresh fund and total combined fund balance must be performed at the latest within the end of 2nd month since account opening (New Customer) or joining the program (Existing Customer).
   Example: If the first month Customer has fulfilled the requirements for the Total Combined Balance, then Total Combined Balance reward will be paid immediately without waiting for the end of the second month.
8. Reward for total combined fund balance placement does not apply to multiples.
   Example: Customer placement total combined fund IDR 100 Million, the Customer get reward IDR 250,000 in accordance with the tier for a total combined balance of Rp50 million.
9. Fulfilment of new product placement requirement must be performed at the latest within the end of the 3rd month since account opening, max 3 products.
10. New product placement reward only applies to Customers who have met a min. total combined fund IDR 25 Million or more from the first month opening account (New Customer) or after joining this program (Existing Cusomer) and only valid for max. 3 product
11. Reward will be credited to the customer’s active account (Tanda 360 plus IDR atau Mudarabah iB IDR) no later than the last working day of the fourth month after account opening (New Customer) or joining in this Program (Existing Customer) with the following crediting details. Example: If a customer opens an account in January 2026, the fulfilment of total combined fund balance must be performed within the end of February 2026 and new product placement must be performed within the end of March 2026. Cashback will be credited on 30th April 2026.
12. Specifically for the Gold Savings product, the product reward is credited in the form of a Gold Savings balance, which is credited based on the market value at the time the reward credit is made by OCBC.
13. Customers must ensure that the account is active and not blocked/restricted for any reasons at the time the payment of the program reward is credited by the Bank. If at the of reward payment the account status is not active or is blocked, the payment will be made on the last working day of the following month.
14. Each Customer is allowed only 1 (one) New Customer program.
15. This program cannot be combined with other new customer programs, except Tanda Hadiah Cashback extra gimmick Disney.
16. OCBC has the right to not processing/cancelling the provision of cashback to Customers who, based on OCBC’s assessment, are indicated to have committed fraud on account opening and/or included in OCBC’s fraud list.
