Terms & Conditions
The QRIS OCBC Cashback Program ("Program") is a Program that provides benefits to Customers of PT Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk ("OCBC") in the form of cashback of up to IDR 25,000 per month.
The program is only valid for selected Customers who receive direct communications through OCBC's official channels such as: Email (sender name) or Whatsapp (sender name) or notifications from OCBC mobile.
The Program is valid from September 17, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (the "Program Period").
Cashback of up to IDR 25,000 per month can be obtained by the Customer during the Program Period if the Customer meets the following conditions:
Make a minimum transaction of IDR 50,000 using QRIS OCBC mobile (multiples do not apply and a maximum of 3 (three) transactions per month) to be able to get a cashback of IDR 5,000 per transaction (total cashback worth IDR 15,000)
Cashback on point a above is only valid for the first 3,000 transactions per month.
Especially for every 25th, customers can get a larger cashback, which is worth IDR 10,000 per transaction by making a minimum transaction of IDR 25,000 as many as 1 (one) time per month.
Cashback in point c above is only valid for the first 1,000 transactions on the 25th of the current month.
Cashback will be credited to the Customer's OCBC account which is the source of transaction funds no later than the 4th week of the following month.
The program is valid at all merchants in Indonesia.
The Customer knows and is fully aware that the Customer's prizes in this Program are conditional prizes, so the prizes will only belong to the Customer fully if the Customer has fulfilled all the Terms and Conditions of this Program.
The Customer understands that OCBC has the right and authority to change, add and/or reduce the Terms and Conditions of this Program with written notice at OCBC's office or other media determined by OCBC considering the provisions and applicable laws and regulations.
OCBC reserves the right to cancel the Cashback benefit if it is indicated that there is abuse, fraud, manipulation or inconsistency with the applicable Program Terms and Conditions.
Every data and instruction made by the Customer using OCBC's QRIS is entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
The Terms and Conditions of this Program are made in Indonesian and can be translated into other languages. In the event that there is a difference in interpretation between the Indonesian text and the foreign language, the Indonesian text will prevail.

The Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority & Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the LPS guarantee.
