Get up to IDR50.000 cashback with QRIS OCBC mobile

Terms and Conditions:

1. Program period 1 December 2025 - 31 January 2026
2. Program is applicable for all OCBC customers (new and existing customers)
3. Customers are mandatory use QRIS Pay feature on OCBC mobile
4. Minimum transaction is IDR 250.000
5. Maximum cashback per transaction is 20% up to IDR 50.000 (Fifty thousand Rupiah)
6. Maximum cashback per customers during program period is up to IDR 50.000 (Fifty thousand Rupiah)
7. Each customer is only eligible to earn maximum of 1 (one) cashback during program period.
8. Cashback will be credited to the customer's OCBC account which was previously successfully used as a source of funds for QRIS transactions.
9. Cashback will be credited the latest by the last week of the following month from the transaction
10. Program is only eligible on foreign merchants with QR providers which have partnership with (facilitated by) Bank Indonesia (BI). Current countries & QR providers which successfully partnered with BI are as below:
    • Jepang - NETSTAR (JPQR)
    • Singapura - NETS QR (SG QR) 
    • Malaysia - Duitnow QR 
    • Thailand - Thai QR (PromptPay)
11. Cashback program only eligible for first 30 customers only)
12. The transaction amount will be debited from your IDR account. Please ensure that the balance in your IDR account is sufficient before the transaction is carried out. If the balance is insufficient, the transaction cannot be processed.
13. The exchange rate applicable to the transaction will follow the bank’s exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed.
14. PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk ("OCBC"), at its discretion and discretion, reserves the right to suspend or cancel the award of rewards if there are indications of fraud, irregularities, or violations of these terms and conditions.
