Get VIP Access + Meet & Greet with Your OCBC 1st Credit Card Application
Terms & Conditions:
- Period: July 8 - 12, 2026
- Customers who meet all Program requirements and have received official notification from OCBC are entitled to watch the entire series of performances, including Maliq & D'Essentials and special categories, including:
- VIP Access: awarded to the first 10 (ten) Customers who meet all program requirements and successfully complete their OCBC 1st Credit Card application according to the Program terms. Benefits include VIP access and a meet and greet session with the three (3) Mastercard Artist Accelerator Indonesia finalists.
- Top Fans Access: given to the next 100 (one hundred) customers, in the form of Top Fans access (closer to the stage than the general area, without a meet and greet session).
- Criteria for Customers eligible to participate in the program:
- This program is valid for new customers who do not yet have an OCBC Credit Card of any type and apply for an OCBC 1st Credit Card by including the promo code OCBCMCAA during application.
- Customers are deemed eligible to participate in the program after their OCBC 1st Credit Card application has been processed in accordance with OCBC regulations and they receive official notification via email or official OCBC WhatsApp message.
- OCBC 1st Credit Card applications must meet the credit card ownership requirements as stipulated in OCBC's terms and conditions.
- Customers must provide correct, valid data in accordance with the provisions stipulated by OCBC.
- Redemption Procedures
- To maintain security and prevent misuse of other customers' personal data, concert entry passes can only be redeemed directly by the customer by presenting:
- Official confirmation from OCBC via email or WhatsApp, and
- a valid original National Identity Card (KTP).
- Officers at the event location will verify the customer's identity based on the information provided by OCBC and the original KTP as part of efforts to maintain Program security.
- OCBC is not responsible for loss of access if the customer provides information via email or WhatsApp confirmation to a party other than the applicant.
- Customer Rights
- Customers have the right to receive a clear explanation regarding the procedure for redeeming entry passes (wristbands), including the necessary documents.
- Customers have the right to receive clear information regarding the Program's mechanisms, including the requirements, verification process, and entry redemption procedures.
- Data Restrictions and Protection
- Customer data (name and application number) shared with promoters for verification purposes will be partially masked to protect the confidentiality of customer personal data and will not be used for any purpose other than this program.
- The name matching process during bracelet exchange can be performed by promoter officers because the initial letter of each word in the customer's name remains visible, thus maintaining visual verification against the ID card (KTP) without revealing the full name data.
- Complete data (unmasked) is only stored and accessed internally by OCBC, and additional customer data (telephone number, address, full NIK, etc.) will not be shared with promoters outside of those listed on the masking whitelist above.
- OCBC reserves the right to review the validity of applications before granting access, as part of its efforts to protect the interests of other customers who have legitimately applied.
- Access cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for cash.
- General Credit Card Application Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 for the primary cardholder.
- Minimum age of 17 years for supplementary cardholders.
- Minimum income of IDR 3 million per month or IDR 36 million per year.
- Meet the documentation, verification, and credit card application requirements set by OCBC.
- Customers understand and agree that approval or rejection of a Credit Card application is entirely at OCBC's discretion based on a risk assessment, with no obligation for OCBC to provide the reasons for such rejection to any party, in line with the principle of bank confidentiality.
- Questions or complaints regarding banking aspects can be submitted through TANYA OCBC 1500-999. Questions or complaints regarding ticket purchases, ticket condition, entry, schedules, changes, cancellations, or the continuation of the event are the responsibility of the promoter/organizer.
- The Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with statutory regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
- OCBC, including employees or parties acting on behalf of OCBC, never ask customers to share personal data, confidential data, OTP codes, PINs, passwords, or other sensitive information through any means, including links. If customers encounter anything suspicious, immediately contact TANYA OCBC 1500-999.
- OCBC has the right and authority to change, add, and/or reduce the Terms and Conditions.
