- Mobile devices with SIM locks cannot use eSIM. Contact your mobile operator to unlock your device before purchasing.
- Vouchers will be sent to your email after purchase.
- No refunds can be made after the QR code is sent or scanned.
- Once deleted, eSIM cannot be restored. Please do not delete your eSIM before it expires.
