1. Criteria for Customers Eligible for the Program
   1. The program is open to new customers who don’t have an OCBC Credit Card yet and can apply for an OCBC 1st Credit Card.
   2. Applications for an OCBC 1st Credit Card are open to customers who meet the requirements for credit card ownership as stipulated by OCBC's terms and conditions.
   3. Customers are required to provide valid and complete data in accordance with the provisions stipulated by OCBC.
2. Terms & Conditions Program 50% Cashback
   1. OCBC 1^st Credit Card applications will be open from June 15, 2026, to July 2, 2026, during the Sesi Dengar Live at The Stadium ticket purchase period.
   2. The Cashback Program applies to tickets purchased for Sesi Dengar Live at The Stadium through loket.com and an OCBC 1^st Credit Card application with the Promo Code OCBCMAPLE.
   3. Customers must purchase tickets and apply for an OCBC 1^st Credit Card.
   4. This cashback program is valid for one customer whose application is approved, who is entitled to 50% cashback on one ticket during the program period.
   5. Cashback of 50% of the ticket price, with a maximum amount of IDR 199,000 per customer.
   6. If a single transaction or purchase receipt includes more than one ticket (multiple tickets), the cashback calculation provisions are as follows:
      • Different Ticket Categories: 50% cashback will be calculated based on the single ticket price with the highest nominal value among the tickets purchased in that transaction.
      • Same Ticket Category: 50% cashback will be calculated based on the single ticket price only. Second, third, and subsequent tickets in the same transaction will be charged the normal rate without any deductions.
      • The 50% cashback is calculated based on the base ticket price (face value), excluding Entertainment Tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), administration fees, platform fees, or other service fees.
3. Cashback Eligibility and Credit Requirements
   1. Cashback will only be provided if the customer's credit card application is approved by the bank.
   2. Cashback will be credited directly to the customer's credit card limit no later than 20 business days after the credit card is approved.
   3. If the credit card application is rejected:
      • The customer will not receive the 50% cashback (promotion void).
      • Concert tickets purchased in advance cannot be canceled or refunded due to the credit card application being rejected.
      • The customer retains full ownership of the tickets, and the transaction is considered valid at the normal price (without any discount).
4. General Credit Card Application Requirements
   1. Minimum age of 21 for primary cardholders.
   2. Minimum age of 17 for supplementary cardholders.
   3. Minimum income of IDR 3 million per month or IDR 36 million per year.
5. Customers understand and agree that approval or rejection of a Credit Card application is entirely OCBC's prerogative based on a risk assessment, with no obligation for OCBC to provide the reasons for such rejection to any party, in line with the principle of bank confidentiality.
6. Any complaints or questions regarding banking aspects and cashback crediting can be submitted via TANYA OCBC 1500-999. Complaints related to the physical aspects of tickets and the continuity of the concert are the responsibility of the promoter/organizer.
7. OCBC reserves the right to cancel a customer's participation, cancel cashback crediting, or block card facilities if any indication of data manipulation, fraud, program misuse, or other actions that violate substantive law is found.
8. The Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
9. OCBC (including employees acting on behalf of OCBC) never asks customers to share personal data through any means, including links. If a customer finds anything suspicious, immediately contact Tanya OCBC 1500-999.
10. OCBC reserves the right and authority to change, add, and/or reduce the Terms and Conditions of this Program by notifying them through any medium deemed appropriate by OCBC, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
