Terms & Conditions for Customer & Extra Customer Rewards
- The policy must be issued during the program period and must have passed the free-look period.
- The reward is calculated based on the accumulated premium of the policies issued in the same month and under the same policy holder.
- This promotion is only applicable for policies with an annual payment method.
- The Early Bird Customer Rewards Program reward will be provided in the form of Money Market Mutual Funds.
- The Extra Customer Rewards – Jumbo Size is an additional reward on top of the reward stated in point 4. It will be given to customers whose total accumulated premium reaches a minimum of IDR 2 billion/ USD 120,000/ SGD 120,000 within the same month during the program period (28 September - 31 October 2026).
- The reward will be provided within 30 business days after the policy has passed the freelook period.
- Any taxes related to the Early Bird Customer Reward and Extra Customer Rewards Program will be borne by the customer.
- This promotion is not applicable to policy replacement at FWDII.
- The rewards cannot be exchanged to any other form of reward.
