Claim Terms and Conditions

• Promo applies to all OCBC Credit Cards except VOYAGE Credit Card
• Offline transactions abroad with Foreign Currency. With Tiering as follows

• Promo is obtained by making a claim every month
• Promo only applies to overseas transactions carried out offline / card present
• Promo is only valid for one Credit Card per month
• Transactions that have not been posted at the time of monthly data withdrawal are not eligible to be included in the transaction accumulation calculation
• Promo does not apply to crediting / canceling transactions in the current month of the program
• To get the promo, customers are REQUIRED to claim to SMS Banking 86477 with SMS format OCBC(space)CASHBACKOVERSEAS(space)date of birth ddmmyy #4 final digit no. Credit Card
• The promo claim period can be seen from the date information as follows:

• Traveloka Voucher (Digital) Overseas transaction promo will be sent to the customer's email registered in the customer's Credit Card information used
• Traveloka (Digital) Vouchers obtained by customers are valid. Vouchers have a maximum validity period of 1 (one) year from the date of Voucher issuance
• Traveloka (Digital) vouchers obtained by customers can be used for all products at Traveloka
• Traveloka (Digital) vouchers obtained by customers will reduce the customer's total transactions at Traveloka.
• If the transaction nominal is more than the voucher nominal, the customer can pay the difference using an OCBC Credit Card.
• If the transaction nominal is less than the voucher nominal, the transaction difference cannot be cashed and will be forfeited

General Terms and Conditions

• The promo period runs from 14 November 2023 to 30 June 2024
• Promo is only valid for one Credit Card / customer / month
• Promo cannot be combined with other promos
