For customers who have joined Bank OCBC and choose Nyala(minimum level Basic)/Premier Banking services, they can get Poinseru from banking activities when making daily transactions, placing in various products, and other attractive programs.

Banking activities that earn Poinseru are as follows:

• Increasing the Average Daily Balance in Rupiah Savings Tanda 360
• Increasing the Average Daily Balance in Tanda iB Savings
• Increasing the Average Daily Balance in Tanda iB Savings
• Make transactions using a Platinum Credit Card
• Make monthly deposits on products via OCBC mobile (Time Savings/Time Mutual Funds)

Terms & Conditions to Get Poinseru

• Poinseru validity period is 12 months from the time the Poinseru is obtained by the Customer.
  Example: Customer A gets 2,500 Poinseru from a banking transaction made on July 10, 2023, then the 2,500 Poinseru will expire on July 31, 2024.
• Points of interest for certain banking activities only apply to OCBC customers who participate in Nyala(minimum level Basic)/Premier Banking services.
• Poinseru calculation will start to be calculated since the customer joins OCBC’s Nyala(minimum level Basic)/Premier Banking service.
  Example: Customer A is a customer of OCBC who does not yet have services. On July 3, 2023, Customer A opened a Term Savings product and made his first deposit. Then, on July 15, after learning information about Poinseru, Customer A joined the Nyala service. So in this example, Customer A has the right to receive Poinseru for Time Savings activities.
• If the customer stops the service, then the transaction made by the customer in that month becomes invalid to get Poinseru.
  Example: On August 10, 2023, Customer B makes two daily transactions. Then on August 15, 2023, Customer B resigned from the Nyala Service. So Customer B loses the potential to get Poinseru from transactions that have been made.
• Poinseru crediting is done at the earliest D+1 for daily transactions via the Pay Buy Feature and/or QRPay via OCBC mobile since the 3rd or 6th transaction has been completed.
  Example: Customer A makes 3 consecutive daily transactions on September 12, 2023. Then Customer A will get a Poinseru for daily transactions made on September 13, 2023.
• Poinseru credit is made on the 1st of the following month from each successful monthly deposit of Term Savings/Times Mutual Funds.
  Example: Customer B makes the 4th deposit for a Term Savings product on October 16, 2023. Then Customer B will get Poinseru for deposits made on November 1, 2023.
• Poinseru credit is made on the 8th of each month to increase the Average Daily Balance in Rupiah Savings with the non-hold type at Tanda 360.
• Important for New Customers. For Customers who have just joined Nyala or Premier, where the customer has previously joined and participated in the Nyala Banyak Cuan/Premier Deal program or comes from a Credit Card Customer, the Poinseru from credited Payment Purchase and/or QR transactions is 2,500. The remainder (2,500 Poinseru) will be credited in the following month after the 3rd or 6th transaction is successful.
• The Bank, at its discretion and discretion, has the right to suspend or cancel the awarding of rewards if there are indications of fraud, impropriety or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Bank has the right and authority to change, add and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions by notification through media deemed appropriate by the Bank taking into account the applicable legal provisions and regulations.
